As soon as Sage passed everyone's faces were on the ground as they cried for her.
Pietro was on the ground cradling her body as if it was a porcelain doll, Tony next to them silently crying to himself.
Peter was on the ground holding onto Nova who was curled into a ball next to him, and even though she wasn't watching she knew Sage was dead as she felt a part of her just slip away.
She cried into Peter's chest and Peter had his arms wrapped around her with one hand on the back of her head as he planted a shaky kiss on the side of her head and closing his eyes as he assured Nova it was okay.
Bucky then kneeled from where he was and cried, Steve following his actions, Thor then placed StormBreaker down before doing the same, Clint Bowing his head and dropping onto one knee like the others, Sam kneeled down between Bucky and Steve, Rhodey walking up near Tony before kneeling, Wanda soon joining as tears streamed down her face at the loss of a friend, Pepper knelt down next to Tony as she cried having known Sage and knowing Tony saw her as a daughter, knowing all the countless nights he stayed up trying to look for her. Scott and Bruce also kneeling down.
Everyone else looked around at the Avengers who had knelt for this one girl, and even thought they didn't know her.
They knelt too.
Rocket did first along with Nebula as they talked to her quite a lot during the five years everyone was snapped, Groot following Rockets actions. Peter Quill, Gamora, Drax and Mantis also following their friends lead and kneeling down next to them and bowing their heads.
Strange and Wong then knelt down together at the same time, Strange feeling very guilty as of now as he knew this was going to happen.
The Wasp had knelt down with Scott and Bruce as she didn't know Sage but she could feel the sadness radiating from everyone else.
T'Challa, Shuri, Okoye and all the other Wakandans knelt down and bowed their heads whispering their respects.
Valkyrie, Korg and the Asgaurdians also knelt as they had heard Thor talk about her once and knew she was honorable, and prayed to the gods that she would find peace in Vahalla as a hero.
Carol then knelt, as she now has big respect for this young girl who had jumped into a fear and done this. And it showed how strong Sage truly was as Carol knew she probably knew she would not have been able to use the stones all together.
And here it was.
Gods, kings, aliens, powerful beings, trees, super soldiers all knelt down for one reason and one reason only.
A young girl who was too good for this world that had not been good to her.
The silence was there for a minute or two before Tony stood up and stormed over to Strange and grabbed him by the collar and picking him up, causing everyone to look over at the commotion.
"You said there was one way. ONE!", Tony yelled to him. "This was not supposed to happen, I was meant to die not Sage."
"This was always meant to happen", Strange told him.
"You knew this was gonna happen, you knew!", Tony cried.
"There was only one way", Strange told him again.
"Yeah, well, you can shove that one way stuff somewhere else, because I don't care what you say, your trying to tell me that this innocent girl dying was the only way", he pointed at Sage. "Well I have another thing for you buddy, I-"
"Tony stop", Nova cut Tony off, now standing behind him with her hand on his shoulder. "Sage sacrificed herself to save us, let's not fight right now, she wouldn't want us to fight."
"You're right", Tony let go of Strange's collar before turning around and walking over to Pepper.
Nova walked back over into Peters arms after that and looked over at Pietro who was starting to pick Sage up and Wanda approaching him.
"Pietro", Wanda spoke as she came over.
"Yeah?", his voice cracked, as he carefully put his arm under Sages neck to support it as he put his other under her knees picking her up slowly as to not break her.
"Pietro, put her down, someone else will pick her up later, you need to relax", Wanda told him.
"I'm not letting some medical man pick her up when I can do it!", he told her starting to walk towards all the ambulances that were waiting across the big battlefield.
People noticed that Pietro had chose to walk and not run over as to not harm Sages Body anymore, treating her like fine China plates your mam would only take out on special occasions.
"Pietro, I know it's hard, but you've got stay with us you can't be alone right now", Wanda yelled catching up with him and putting her hand on his shoulder.
"I'm not alone, I have my princessa, she's with me always, so drop it Wanda", he told her, shrugging off her hand.
"Pie-"
"I said drop it!", he yelled.
Pietro then looked down at Sage as he kept walking towards the cars waiting for them.

Nova looked after him in sadness, he just lost the love of his life. She couldn't imagine what it would feel like to loose Peter and she definitely didn't want to know.
A sudden guilt washed over her as she remembered all the times she teased and made fun of the two or pretended to vomit or gag when she saw them sitting too close together for her liking.
"Don't take it to heart Wanda, he's upset, we all are", Steve told her, Wanda nodding.
Everyone then looked at each other before they all got up and started walking towards all the cars and ambulances, so they could get checked out.
