(Third POV)

Everyone was in the kitchen. Surprisingly Nick Fury was alive and well after the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D. So here they were listening to him.

Nova was standing behind Tony waiting for him to be finished with the darts so she could play and Sage was still in her mature mood which scared everyone as she was just sitting at the table staring blankly at the wall.

"Ultron took you folks out of play to buy himself time. My contacts all day he is building something", Fury announced.

"The amount of vibranium he made off with, I don't think it's just one thing. What about Ultron himself", Steve asked, leaning against a doorway.

"Oh, he's easy to track, he's everywhere. Guys multiplying faster than a catholic rabbit. It still doesn't help us get an angle on any of his plans", Tony answered, throwing a dart at the board, "is he still going after launch codes?"

"Yes he is, but he's not making any headway", Fury responded.

"I cracked the pentagons firewall in high school on a dare", Tony said proudly.

"Well, I contacted our friends at the Nexus about that", Fury said.

"Nexus?", Steve asked confused.

"It's the world internet hub in Oslo", both Bruce and Nova said at the same time, everyone looked at Nova weirdly but she just shrugged it off.

"Like I was saying. Every byte of data flows through there. Fastest access on Earth", Bruce continued.

"So, what did they say", Clint spoke up, spinning a dart around in his hand.

"He's fixated on the missiles. But, the codes are constantly being changed", Fury answered.

"By whom", Tony asked, just as two darts narrowly missed him and lodged into the board.

He turned around to see Clint smiling at him cheekily and Nova with a shit eating grin and just rolled his eyes and turned back around.

"Parties unknown", Nat spoke up, looking up from the picture Clint's daughter had gave her, "we have an ally?"

"Ultrons got an enemy, that's not the same thing. Still, I'd pay folding money to know who it is", Fury said.

"I might need to visit Oslo to find out unknown", Tony said.

"Well, this is good times, boss, but I was kind of hoping when I saw you, you'd have more than that", Steve told Fury.

"I do, I have you.....back in the day, I had eyes everywhere, ears everywhere else. You kids had all the tech you could dream of. Here we all are, back on Earth with nothing but our wit, and our will to save the world. Ultrons says the Avengers are the only thing between him, and his mission. And whether or not he admits it, his mission is global destruction. All this laid in a grave, so stand outwit the platinum bastard."

"Steve doesn't like that kind of talk", Nova teased.

"You know what, kid", Steve taunted.

"So, what does he want", Fury asked.

"To become better, better than us. He keeps building bodies-"

"Person bodies, the human form is inefficient. Biologically speaking we're outmoded, but he keeps coming back to it", Tony cut Steve off.

"When your two programmed him to protect the human race, you amazingly failed", Nat told Tony and Bruce.

"They don't need to be protected. They need to evolve. Ultrons going to evolve", Bruce spoke gravelly.
