Attacked Ship

As soon as they left Loki, Nova and Sage went straight back to the lab to make it look like that's where they've been the whole time and Bruce and Tony must not have noticed they left or didn't care.

So they just went and sat on the counters and played a game of rock, paper, scissors. Until Fury came speeding into the room.

"What are you doing, Mr Stark?", he asked Tony.

"Uh, kind of been wondering the same thing about you", Tony replied.

"Your supposed to be locating the Tesseract", Fury told him.

"That's what she said", the two girls muttered, chuckling to themselves.

Sage huffing silently then as Nova won another round of rock, paper, scissors.

"We are. The models locked and we're sweeping for the signature now", Bruce calmly told Fury. "When we get a hit, we'll have the location within half a mile."

"Yeah, then you get your Cube back. No muss, no fuss", Tony joked. "What is 'phase 2'?"

When Tony said 'phase 2" , both girls new exactly what it was- seeing as they had been listening in on secret meetings.

"It's them making weapons from the Cube", Sage said aloud, everyone turning to look at her.

Fury looked shocked not knowing how she knew something only a few people knew about that and it didn't include her.

Bruce also looked shocked but not on that how she knows, more shocked on the weapons part while Tony just smirked at her. Nova however had a different reaction.

"Do you ever learn when to shut up, your not supposed to know about the Cube", Nova hissed quietly, though everyone heard.

"Oh, oh....uh, what weapons?", Sage said dumbly, realizing her mistake. "I don't know anything about the weapons you're making Mr Fury", she scratched the back of head.

Nova just rolled her eyes muttering under her breath as she shook her head at her sister.

A loud bang surrounded the room when Steve placed a weird looking gun on one of the counters and spoke to everyone.

"Phase 2 is S.H.I.E.L.D using the Cube to make weapons. Sorry, computer was moving a little slow for me", he said to Tony at the end.

"Okay, I don't know how you two know anything about the Cube", Fury said to the twins before turning to Steve. "Rodgers, we gathered everything related to the Tesseract. This does not mean that we're making-"

"I'm sorry, Nick", Tony cut him off. "What were you lying?"

As Tony said that he turned one of the screens to show exactly what 'phase 2' was. And to say everyone was shocked was an understatement.

"I was wrong, Director. The world hasn't changed all but", Steve said to Fury, while Natasha and Thor walked in.

"Did you know about this", Bruce questioned Natasha when he saw her come in.

Sage and Nova looked over at Nat shocked, would she really be okay with S.H.I.E.L.D making weapons of mass destruction.

"You want to think about removing yourself from this environment, Doctor?", Natasha asked Bruce, confusing the two even more as to what was going on and usually they know exactly what's going on.

"I was in Calcutta. I was pretty well removed", Bruce said back to her.

"That shithole", Sage spoke before she thought...again.

For that she received a hard slap to the back of her head from Nova, who was shaking her head at her sister once more.

"That's his home your talking about", Nova told her.
