Always and Forever

Chapter 4

Josie's POV

I wake up and the bed is empty.

Im guessing Penelope left.

I start getting ready for class and Lizzie bursts into the room struggling to fix her hair and getting her clothes on, nearly tripping while trying to put her socks on "Jesus Lizzie don't do that!" I say scared out of my mind

"Oh hey Jo didn't think you were going to be here."

"Of course i am this is our room. Where even were you last night anyways?"

"Um heh let's just say things got heated between between my conversation with Rafael last night" Lizzie says as she puts her hair in a bun.

"Wow Liz one day we're back and youre already having sex with him." I chuckle

"Oh shut up says the one who made her satanic ex girlfriend sleep with her last night."

"Lizzie! We didn't sleep together we only slept in the same bed. How do you know that?"

"I wanted to go to our room but i overheard you telling Satan to stay then i bumped into Rafael and decided to talk to him. But whatever how are you doing with-" she points at my body signalling me about my healing wounds.

"I'm almost done healing which is good but my body still aches."

I grab my things "Come on we gotta get to class or were going to be late."

We walk into class and the teacher greets us "Lizzie. Josie welcome back i hope you are feeling well." Mr Williams says

We go and sit down and class begins.

Between the class periods i start to remeber the times where the hunter tortured me and rafael. I needed to get my mind off it.

So i decide to go to the old mill to drink.

Im heading towards downstairs i see Penelope talking with a group of girls she notices me heading toward the stairs. "Hey Jojo are you already healed?"

"Not yet, why?"

"Well you seem good and your moving by yourself without any help so i just figured youre healed."

"I'm almost done healing but I'm just trying to ignore the aches in my body."

She smiles "Well can i walk you to class?"

"Actually I'm not going to class I'm going to the old mill."

"Why?"

I slowly take  out the bottle from my bag and I show her the bottle of bourbon and she smirks.

"Let me join you"

I smile and we start leaving out the back doors and into the old mill.

We walk into the mill and sit on the couch. I take the bourbon out of my backpack and drink it out of the bottle.

"So what happened when the hunters kept you guys imprisoned?" She takes the bottle out of my hand and drinks from it.

"Well a wolf they had kept there told them that there was a school for supernaturals and that werewolves went to that school so they wanted to know the location of the school. So they began torturing me and Rafael until we gave it up and they injected a serum that disabled our supernatural abilities." I say as i rub my wounds remembering the pain.

"I think that's why we couldn't track you guys down and Lizzie kept feeling a lot of pain all over her body. How is that even possible by the way?"

She asks giving me the bottle. I take a sip of it.
