Chapter 22

"Clarke? How did you find my room?"

Josie says in a confusing tone, she never told him or showed him where her room was. So josie was confused as to how he found her room.

He stands there with cup of water in his hands "Um your sister sent me to bring you some water."

He says as he hands her the water "Oh. Um thank you." Josie says as she grabs the water and drinks it. She ends up drinking the whole thing way too fast, she didn't realize how thirsty she was

"Yeah, i heard about your little black magic problem. How's it going?"

Josie sighs "It's been going bad i guess, come in." She says keeping the door open, he walks in and looks around the room.

"I've been feeling even more sick since i siphoned the life out of a black magic monster."
Clarke seems surprised

"You siphoned its life?" he questions seeming suprised Josie nods "Well that must've been a lot of black magic you siphoned." He says

"its not good."

"Yeah i know that now. I just don't know what to do to get rid of it."

"Have you tried any spells to get rid of it?" He asks

"I've looked to see if there were any but so far i couldn't find anything." She sounds like she's already giving up.

"Hmm how about-"

"Jo i think we may have found a solution!" Lizzie says walking into the room interrupting Clarke, he slightly tilts his head at being interrupted and rolls his eyes

"Really? How?" Josie says standing up

"Oh what's up Clarke i didn't know you were still here." She says ignoring josie's question

"Just come with me. You can too Clarke." She says opening the door "Actually i'm good, i have some stuff to do anyways." He nervously says

Lizzie waves her hand goodbye as Clarke leaves the room. She grabs josie's hand then drags her downstairs to their dads office.

They enter their dads office expecting him to be alone but instead they find Hope and Mg sitting on the chairs "Oh looks like he already filled you guys in on the plan." Lizzie puts her hands on her hips,

Hope and Mg nod "Guys what going on here?" Josie questions.

"Well josie we have come up with a plan." Alaric says signaling her to sit down.

"Okay so what's the plan?"

"So we have decided that your sister, Mg and I will go to across the state to go see your aunt Bonnie, we've contacted her and she said she could try and help." Alaric explains

"While we do that while you and Hope will go to New Orleans and see her aunt Freya. Freya is going to try to help you while we try to find another method with your aunt Bonnie, in case Freyas method doesn't work."

"Oh." Josie quietly says.

"So go pack your things, we will be gone for at least a week. And we will be leaving tonight." He says as he stands up opening the door signaling them to leave

"Road Trip!" Lizzie yells out as she leaves the room with Mg.

Josie goes to her room and begins to pack.

Meanwhile Hope walks into her room excitedly. She's finally going to see her aunt after a long time.

She finds Landon laying on her bed. "Landon i have to tell you something." she says as she sits on the bed, he sits up and listens.
