Always and Forever

Chapter 12

Once Lizzie wakes up she gets herself ready and makes her way to the cafeteria to get her sister and herself some breakfast.

Today is going to be hard day for everyone especially for Josie and Mg. Penelope was one of Mg's best friends and well Penelope was Josies love.

Hope wanted to be there for Josie. She knows how much it hurts to lose someone you loved.

When Hope told Lizzie about how Josie wanted Hope to stay with her on the roof, Lizzie was surprised and kind of jealous. But she's happy her sister is starting to slowly open up with people. Even if it's not with her.

When she walked into her room she expected to find Josie still sleeping since it was only 7 in the morning. But instead Josie was in a new set of clothes and sitting on the bed quietly looking at a picture frame that she was holding.

"Hey Jo." Lizzie speaks up. Lizzie doesn't want to creep up behind Josie to see what she's looking at so Lizzie stands up on her tippy toes to see what kind of picture Josie was looking at.

Lizzie sighs when she sees the picture. It's the picture of Penelope and Josie. "Um i brought you some breakfast." Lizzie hands the tray right in front of Josie.

Josie just stares at it.

She looks like she's stuck in thought. So Lizzie clears her throat to get Josies attention. Josie blinks repeatedly and grabs the tray "Thanks but ill eat this later, i'm not hungry right now." she says placing the tray beside her on her drawer.

"Ok." Lizzie fidgets with her hands. She doesn't know what to say. "So how are you doing?." She tells her taking a seat on the bed.

"Fine. I'm doing fine." Josie stands up and grabs her things "I'll be back before it starts." then she walks out.

Lizzie has no idea where her sister is going.

She lays down on the bed arms spread out around the bed.

She starts to think about her love life. She isn't with Rafael anymore. She thinks to herself, she needs to get back in the game. She siphons some magic from the school walls and uses her magic to play some of oliva rodrigos songs on her speaker.

Lizzie thinks she's heart broken even though her and raf both agreed to end the relationship. But she doesn't care so she just blasts the music through her speakers.

While Lizzie is enjoying her moment of 'heartbreak'  when she hears knocking on her door but decides to ignore it. Then all of the sudden Hope bursts through the door stumbling her way in.

"Jesus! Don't you know how to knock Mikaelson!" Lizzie exclaims jumping up from the bed. Turning her music off.

Hope rolls her eyes "I did knock you dumbass but you didn't hear me. Where's your sister?"

Lizzie scoffs "Rude. Look i don't know where she is. I came and got her some breakfast but she didn't want any then and she left god knows where so..." She stands up fixing her hair.

"Well if you see her tell her i'm looking for her. How is she?"

"I-I honestly don't know. She can be good at hiding her emotions sometimes but if i see her i will."

"Are you going to the funeral?"

"Yeah i have to be there for Jo. She'll need me."

"Ok good well i have to go, see ya there." Hope walks out and leaves lizzie in the room.

Lizzie gets up and grabs her things then walks out too."

Josie is walking through the woods. She wants to look for the old mill. She wants to see what it looks like now that it was destroyed by the fire. It's a couple hours before the funeral. Once Josie finds the destroyed building she can barely see the inside.
