Always and Forever

Chapter 16

Josies phone starts ringing, waking all three girls up. Maya and Hope groan "Josiee turn it off!" Hope throws a pillow on Josie making her grab the phone. Josie groans and can't seem to reach so she moves a bit and falls off the bed. She looks at the clock at it's already 6 in the afternoon. The girls woke up pretty late.

"Ow." Josie mumbles into the pillow now laying on floor, the phone still ringing she finally grabs it and answers.

"Hello." Josie says, "Oh my god, Josie why do you have to answerr!" Maya mumbles out josie looks back at them then focuses on the phone call. "Hellooo." Josie says again.

She gets no response. Shes about to hang up but then she's hears a sound, she turns the volume up and listens closely. She hears breathing, heavy breathing in the phone.

josie scoffs "whoever this is, don't call again." she hangs up and stands up. Thankfully it's a Saturday so they have no classes today. Josie gathers her stuff  and looks back at Hope and Maya.

Hope is passed out and Maya is laying on her back having trouble keeping her eyes open. "Where you going?" She asks.

"I have to see lizzie, she's probably wondering where the hell i am." She explains putting her shoes on and fixing her hair. Maya nods "Oh okay, i'll see you later?" Josie nods and walks out.

Josie is at her room door, she hesitates. She doesn't want to open it and walk in on Lizzie and Mg.

"Dont worry you can go in." Mg says behind her. Josies looks at him and sighs she moves away from the door so Lizzie can't hear them. "So you got the girl huh." He smiles, Josie laughs and hugs him. "Congrats buddy, how'd you do it?"

"I just confessed then she kissed me and well you know the rest." He says with an awkward smile.

Josie puts her arm on his shoulder "I'm happy for you guys." josie says he smiles "thanks jo, anyways i gotta go see ya later." He smiles and walks away. She opens her door to the room and Lizzie runs up to her and hugs her.

Josies confused but hugs back.

"Sorry for what you had to see yesterday." Lizzie mumbles into her shoulder "It's okay, i'm happy for you guys." They pull apart Lizzie smiles "So where were you?"

"I stayed at Hopes. We had a movie night with Maya."

Lizzie nods and smiles "How was it?" She walks into her closet getting some clothes then going into her bathroom to change.

"It was fun."

"Josie we have to talk." Lizzie grabs Josies hand and sits them down on the bed. Josie looks worried "So um you know how the wolves and vampires are rebuilding the old mill."

Josie nods "Well they finished it."

"They're going to throw a celebration for rebuilding it. And i'm going but i don't know if you want to go. I'm not forcing you this time because of what happened but i'm just letting you know." Josie takes a big deep sigh.

"Jo you don-"

"I'm going." She cuts Lizzie off. "It's been months since she died, i've moved on and i've grieved. Plus i haven't been to a party in a while so i want to go."

Josie reaches over the drawer and drinks some of her water.

Lizzie smiles "Okay then, also one thing too." She sighs.

"The party starts in like 30 minutes so you better hurry up and get dressed." Josie spits her water out with the water getting all over Lizzies face. They both laugh thankful that Lizzie didn't put her makeup on.
