Sal sat on his bed, playing on the same gearboy he had gotten so long ago. He was alone for a little while, and wasn't sure what to do in this time. The previous night Travis had stayed in his bed, but that was because it was so more convenient, And because Sal wasn't sure if it would be rude for him to sleep in the guest room. But now that Travis was allowed here... Where was he going to stay? It was up to Travis, on Sal's head. He didn't want to push him away or force him in, he's been through so much already....

Travis turned the knob of the shower to the left, turning off the hot water that was pouring down on him, and stepped out, drying his hair a little before wrapping his towel around his waist, placing his hands on the sink countertop and looking into the fogged mirror, wipping away some of the smog, leaving a damp trail behind.
"Why am I like this...", He sighed to himself, leaning his head back, before he started to get dressed again. Brushing his teeth and placing it into a little container that sat on the side of the sink with Sal's toothbrush... If this was where lived now, might as well make it his... He draped his towel over his arm and walked out of the bathroom and into Sal's room.
"Hi...", Travis said awkwardly, shutting the door behind him and setting his towel on the dresser.
"Oh, hey Travvy", Sal sat up with a smile, surprising to Travis that his prosthetic face wasn't on... Maybe he became less self conscious after time..
"Ugh", Travis groaned jokingly, sitting next to the blue haired boy.
"Okay so now that you live here", Sal chuckled awkwardly "Do you want to move into the guest room, or stay in here with me?", He tilted his head.
"Oh um...", Travis looked at the ground.
"It doesn't matter! I mean, I'm comfortable with you staying here... I just want you to be comfortable! You know?", Sal bit his lip.
"Oh yeah, that makes sense. I mean I really don't mind? I guess we'll just see later tonight when it's time to go back to bed...", Travis sighed.
"Oh yeah that mak-", There was a knock at the door and it opened soon after, with no answer.
"Maple's here, I'm gonna be leaving with her and Chug. And I think Ash is on her way", Todd said buttoning up his shirt.
"Oh okay", Sal stood up, waving his hand over, signaling Travis to follow, so he did so. Down the stairs with Todd infront of the two, into the living room that's was decorated in light blue wallpaper and paintings that looked familiar to him.
"Hey, Sal!", Maple pulled the boy into a hug.
"Hey, May", Sal chuckled, wrapping his arms around her, squeezing her for a second before releasing.
"Sawwy Fwace!!!", A small child, who Travis assumed was Soda, ran up to Sal's leg and wrapped her arms around it, nuzzling her face into his knee.
"Oh... Hi Travis?", Maple said averting her gaze, a bit confused.
"Hi...", Travis forced a smile on his face.
"Well we should get going", Maple clapped her hands together. "Chug's waiting in the car... Um, I put her bag on the couch, and we should be back around ten! And she hasn't eaten in awhile, so I would do that as soon as possible", The girl brushed the hair out of her face.
"Okay, got it, you guys go have fun!", Sal bent over, picking up the small, giggling child, and resting her on his waist.
"Bye-bye Mommy!", The child did a grabbing wave.
"Bye-bye Soda!", Maple repeated the same movement.
"Okay, we'll see you guys later", Todd slipped his wallet into his front pocket and looked at Maple with a nod.
"Bye you guys!", Todd said as the two exited the house, the door gently slamming behind them.
Silence.
"Well, why don't we make this sugar-plum some food", Sal chuckled, tickling the child's neck, Soda bursting out in laughter.
"Okay...", Travis said, a genuine smile spread across his face as the three .... Well, two walked into the the kitchen.
