"Are you sure you're alright?", Sal and Travis sat on th kitchen counter, the rest of the house dark except for the flimsy light hanger over them.
"I feel like I'm going to throw up..", Travis set his mug of hot chocolate down next to him.
"Are you feeling alright?", Sal placed the back of his hand up to Travis's forehead. "... You feel fine"
"Can we please go to bed...", Travis huffed.
"Yeah of course", Sal swept Travis's hair behind his ear.
Travis leaned himself back a little.... Just not to the point where Sal was able to notice.
"Actually, can I take a shower first?", Travis got onto his feet.
"Yeah, of course! Would you like me to join you?", Sal had such a angelic smile of his face. So pure, so kind.
"Uh~"
"I don't have to if you don't want me too-"
"No... Actually... I'd like that", Travis gulped, forcing a smile onto his face.
*~~~*
Travis stood awkwardly in the steaming hot shower, while Sal continued to get undress, just behind the glass that stood beside him.
Travis continued to look at the ground, lathering his loofa with soap until Sal stepped in, and Travis quickly adjusted his view upwards.
"It's alright", Sal chuckled, "Nothing you haven't seen before"
"I know... It just feels so wrong", Travis gritted his teeth.
"Oh... Well whatever you're comfortable with then..... Do you want me to wash your back for you?", Sal held his hand out.
"Sure-", Travis placed his loofa into Sal's hand, and turned around, looking back at the floor, and the soapy lace rubbed against his back.
Travis took a deep breath... He was safe here. He knew it.
"Do you want me to keep going, or stop?", Sal asked, leaning his head onto Travis's shoulder, once he got to the blonde boys lower back.
"You can stop now", Travis turned around.
"Something's not right.... Is it?"
"Sal-"
"What happened?"
"Can we talk about this later?"
"Yeah, just ....", Sal sighed.
*~~~*
"Are you alright?", The boys were laying next to eachother in bed, staring at the ceiling.
"Abby..."
"This can't be good."
"Well... We sat next to eachother at dinner... She kept rubbing my thigh under the table, And just...."
"Yeah, I heard enough", Sal stood up and grabbed his sweater.
"What are you doing?", Travis sat up, rubbing his head.
"I'm going to talk to your friend about this."
"Please don't...."
"Travis.... He could be in danger too-"
"I m-I never thought of that-", Travis bit his lower lip.
"But it's midnight, can't this wait til morning?"
"Travis.... This is too important."
*~~~*
It was now almost two in the morning, and Travis laid in bed staring at the ceiling. He couldn't sleep, to anxious.... The door clicked and swung open..
"Is Everything okay?!", Travis shot up immediately.
"Oh...", Travis muttered, when he saw it was Neil standing their, flicking on the lights.
"Hey...", Neil smiled. "Sal told me he might not be home for a little while, and wanted me to come check on you... I brought you some tea", He held up the mug in his hand.
Travis sighed.
"What happened? Is everything okay?", Neil shut the door and sat on the bed next to Travis, handing him the tea.
"Thanks... Well, I went over to my friends today... And his girlfriend just.... Kept touching me....", Travis bit his lower lip.
"Oh darling... I'm sorry. Stuff like that has happened to me too, but it's going to be okay, I promise"
".... It's happened to you too?...."
"I don't think I've ever met a person it hasn't happened too.... I've had alot of girls try to force themselves on me, trying to convince me they could turn me straight.... It's scary, I know. But you'll get past it... It's gonna stick with you, but you'll learn from it"
"Learn what?..."
"How to help others", Neil grinned.
"I really appreciate this-- I don't think... I've ever really talked to you since I moved in"
"It's alright, I'm normally stuck at work anyways, I'm mostly only home when it's late, So don't sweet it, You should get some sleep", Neil slowly started to stand up, "If you need absolutely anything, please come knock on my bedroom door..."
"Okay ... Thank you so much....", Travis looked down at the tea.
"K, get some rest", Neil said, flicking the lights off, and exciting out of the room.
Travis set the tea in his lap and picked up his phone, to see a missed message from Sal.
💙: I talked to Phillip, but we couldn't talk about much of what was going on in the house, in case his girlfriend heard us. So we went to the Diner. I might not we home for awhile, but Phillip said stuff like this has happened in the past, and says he's going to try to break up with her, But he doesn't know what's gonna happen. Things are just complicated right now. I'll be home before sunrise. I promise. I love you <3 sleep well.
Travis sighed
