9.

"EMILIA CARLTON"

"ANNIE"

"WTF" I shouted and stood up from the chair. I was shocked for a moment. "No... No... This can't be true." I closed my eyes and took a deep sigh. Then, I looked at it again.

"I ma-... No... No..." I turned around and covered my face with my hands. Many mixed feelings were growing in me.

Calm down... Calm down... try to recheck it. 

I thought to myself. I checked it again and it's the same. I shook my head and tried to calm myself.

Then, my eyes caught something that was on my table. I grabbed the file. I don't know why but the feeling was quite weird. The feeling of fear, hope, shock everything was mixed up.

I opened the file and there was a picture of a girl on the front page. The girl that I met at the party and the girl that I saved and was kidnapped. I turned the pages and looked through the file. There was nothing more about her on the file.

She is working in the MACDUFF family and her name is AMICA. She doesn't have family and friends, except for one EMI.

I turned the last page and there was a picture of 2 girls who were doing some work in the garden. One girl was the one who called herself AMICA and the other picture was not so clear as it shows the girl's right-side face only.

"Why is the girl next to her seems so familiar?" I tried looking closely at the picture until I heard the knock on the door.

"Excuse me, sir. Everything is done." I nodded and he closed the door.

"Be ready. Mr. MACDUFF." I smirked and kept the file and handkerchiefs in the drawer.

AMICA, who are you girl? And how did you get this? Why these pictures look so familiar? There is something that is related. I have to find it out.

" Sir everything is set and we can go now," JAMES said and I nodded.

"Finally. You are going to pay for everything, Mr. MACDUFF." I looked at the laptop and smirked. I was sitting in the back seat of my car.

"Hope you will be there too, AMICA." I glanced at the picture.

Who is the girl beside you? Where did you get that handkerchief? Why do I feel like there is something else? There is something that is missing.

I have a lot of questions to ask you and before that, I have to save you. No matter what, I will try my best to save you.

I was standing in front of the MACDUFF Mansion. Everything was already set up. I wanted to go through the legal process. So, there were cops as well.

"Mr. CARLTON, everything is ready and we can go in now." The head of the cops said and I nodded at him.

After that, we went inside the mansion. At first, guards didn't allow us. They stopped us but the cops took care of them not letting any one of them go inside or inform others. There were more people than we expected. When we went inside, everyone was shocked.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Mr. MACDUFF asked looking at me. "How did you get inside? Security-"

He was shocked when he saw cops behind me. I just smirked looking at his reaction and went straight to the couch. I took a deep sigh and sat down on the couch without giving any response to his question.
