MARK

The name that I have never heard in many years.

The name that I was used to with calling every day and night.

The name that I was never fed up with the calls.

The name used to give me the feeling of protection and love.

The name that is special for me.

AT CAFÉ

Again, today is a busy day as usual. There are a lot of people. Some of them were with their family and children- smiling and enjoying their cakes and ice creams. 

There were a group of friends- laughing and making fun of each other, employees- talking about their business plans, couples- sharing their romantic moments, students- taking their notes. Everyone was busy in their own world.

Yes, today is the weekend. So, it's quite a busy day. Sometimes, we have to work late.

The café is owned by ZARA and JASON. The café is quite different than most of the other cafés in NEW YORK. There are varieties of food, services, and different areas for people who come with family, friends, dates, or for an official meeting. They can enjoy their time as much as they can.

The interior designs of the café are unique. The design shows the different styles and modern tastes for the people. Sometimes, they are allowed to hold a party as well. So, it depends upon what the people prefer.

JASON handles everything related to the office works of the café. ZARA handles the café with all the staff. NAELY and I are like an all-rounder. We both handles inside and outside the kitchen. We both love cooking and do all kinds of stuff in the café.

I was working inside the kitchen with other staff as some of them were on their holiday. I was making some pastries with JENNIE.

I love baking and make some sweets and coffee. Whenever I get free time, I usually stay in the kitchen and do cooking. I know other dishes as well but sweets are my love.

"You really love baking and make sweets," JENNIE asked me.

"Yes, I really love it. I will never get tired of it." I said smiling at her.

"Even, the pastries you make are one of my favorite pastries ever. Everything you make is my favorite. I am addicted to it."

"Aww... Thank you, dear."

"Oh... I forget to tell you. All my friends really loved the cake and the pastries you made, especially the birthday girl. She said she is really thankful for you for making them."

"Aww... that's so sweet."

"Even all my cousins love your sweets." One of the staff who was working with us said smiling at me. "They really like it."

"I am really glad that everyone loves it." A smile of happiness was formed on my lips.

"We even have regular orders for all the pastries and sweets. Their reviews are so good. They really enjoy eating it."

"You guys can't even imagine the level of my happiness right now. I have never thought that most of the people would love it."

"Nobody can beat you in this case."

We all laughed and continued the work. All the working staffs of the café are friendly. We are like a family to each other. We love being together, helping each other, enjoy our company and the work.
