Hindi ko alam kung paano akong nakapunta dito pero... damn it! I don't even wanna go!
"Xander, labas na dyan sa kotse!" Said my mom who just walked out of the car.
Nandito kami ngayon sa isang private resort na pagmamay-ari ng kaibigan ng pamilya ni Josh. It was a celebration for them, dahil sinagot na siya kuno. As much as I want to congratulate my dude because, well... he's my bro, I just can't be 100% happy.
A part of me is still hurting. Paano nga ba kami napunta sa puntong ito? Let me remember...
Naglalaro kami ng isang online third person shooting game sa kwarto ni Joshua. Bago kong nadiskubreng laro kani-kanina lang habang nagbo-browse ako sa net because yes, I've got nothing else to do. A part of me wants to see Erika, and another part of me disapproves.
Stop hurting yourself, you look pathetic! Sabi pa niya, and I couldn't agree more. I am pathetic, I really am. Anong magagawa ko? Mahal ko eh. Pagmamahal na wala nang patutunguhan. Pagmamahal na dapat ay matagal ko nang kinalimutan.
"Sht! Yes!" Napasigaw ako nang maka-7 kill streak ako. This is what I do when I feel pathetic, playing games. And best part? I'm playing with my ex's suitor.
"Sigurado ka bang ngayon mo lang nalaro ito?" Tanong sa akin ni Josh. I like playing with him, we're partners in crime. Kahit pa tinalo niya ako sa babae without him really knowing.
"Naman," maikling sagot ko at nag-focus pa lalo sa paglalaro, "Oy, yuko! May nasa likod mo!"
His character docked and I swiftly shot the player behind him.
"Multi-kill!" I am seriously enjoying myself. At least for now.
Nagulat nalang ako nang biglang matawa si Joshua. Problema no'n?
"Bro, bro!" Kinalog-kalog pa nya balikat ko habang matamang tinitingnan ang screen. We play on separate laptops pero magkatabi naman kami.
"O?" Asar kong tanong. Tae, baka mawala KS ko.
"Look at the chats," manghang sabi niya, "they're thinking we're hackers. Level 1 pero parehas nasa top. Dude, too OP!"
Preskong ngumiti lang ako habang binabasa ang mga reaksyon nila. Well, what can I say? You've played with the wrong X!
Played with the wrong X... naalala ko bigla si Erika. Tae naman o! Kaya nga naglalaro eh.
I don't get it, I just don't. One moment she's making me stay, the next, she's pushing me away. Ano ba talaga?
