Everything with K.C has been going so great. He’s seriously the best. I can’t describe this feeling I get whenever I am with him. He just makes me want to be a better person. Weird he didn’t have that effect on Serena. She’s been a lot nicer without him. His birthday is coming up and he wants to throw a little party just for a few friends. I want to give him something special, but I just don’t know what. He never talks about what he likes, so I have no clue of what to buy him. I know he likes basketball, but everybody seems to get him a ticket to some game or a jersey with his favorite club. I need to think out of the box, but now that I am thinking about it, I actually don’t know a lot about him. What he likes and stuff. It would be weird asking Serena, I don’t even know if she’s invited to his party.

“Did you invite Serena?” I ask him. We are sitting in his room, he is laying flat on his stomach reading the chapter for tomorrow we are assigned to.

“Not yet” he says looking down at his book bored.

“Are you inviting her?”

“Yeah, I think so” he says still looking down. I just nod, even though he can’t see it. I don’t know what I should feel about this. I know it’s totally over with them, but I’m just afraid that he suddenly stops caring about me and they end up together again. I don’t want her near him. I know, I am being selfish, but he’s my boyfriend now.

“Is there anything you want for your birthday?” I ask him instead of thinking about her.

“haha no not really” he says looking up.
“Just something, name anything. I am in a big crisis right now.” I smile at him waiting for a reply as he thinks.

“Anything will be fine” he says smiling. He’s not making it easier.

“Will there be …hmm….at the party?” I say quietly.
“What?” He asks confused. I didn’t make any sense, I know.

“.... Nothing..” I say. I was going to ask if there was going to be strippers at his party, but I changed my mind.

“What were you going to say?” he asks amused. I think he already knows what I was about to say.
I am hesitant in answering him.

“...Are there going to be strippers at the party?” I whisper the word stripper. He just starts laughing hysterically, then he stops.

“Maybe” he says having a cheeky smile on his face. I don’t like the fact that almost naked girls will be dancing on him. “Like, do they have to come?” I ask looking at my fingers, trying to act cool. His smile just gets bigger.

“Yeah, it’s my birthday?

“I mean whatever, I might get strippers to come at my birthday too” I would never be allowed to. But I don’t want to act like a sissy. Maybe people just do stuff like this in Chicago.

“Manly strippers?” He asks amused.

“Ohh yeah” I nod.He raise a eyebrow in amusement.

“I don’t think you will like that. Man strippers are disgusting.” He says shaking his head.

“Any kind of stripper is disgusting. The industry is fucked up, K.C!” I shout before realizing i just blew my coolness. He just looks stunned at me with a satisfactory smirk on his face.

“Getting jealous, babe?”
“Why would I? At a stripper? I think not” I say and look away, pretending not to care. He lifts his upperbody getting closer to me, and places a kiss on my cheek.
