"I told my mom" I tell him, as he's brushing his teeth.

"You did what?" He says while having toothpaste in his mouth.

"About us." He looks at me for a second, spits out the toothpaste.

"Why would you do that?" He asks frustrated.

"I kind of told her I was seeing someone, and she found out it was you by herself." I say and look down afraid to look him in the eyes. He doesn't say anything, but looks at me for a very long time, inhaling sharply, then exhales. I'm starting to get afraid.

"What did she say?" He asks and closes his eyes, like he's getting impatient.

"That it was natural, because we've been spending a lot of time together and that she would feel the same way if she was my age, since you're very handsome"

"Really?" I nod.

"Okay... That's... very ... I don't know. I thought she would get angry.."

"Yeah.. but I guess that doesn't matter anyway." I say referring to how things ended last time we talked.

"Why?"

"You told me you couldn't wait, so what's the point" I say and look at him straight in the eye.

"Then why did you tell your mom that you are seeing someone, when you're not?"

"I wasn't thinking, I forgot to mention that part." I say.

"Forgot... Well we all know you can't keep your mouth shut, so it's no surprise that you told her."

"Don't talk like that to me." I say harsher. I feel like Neal undermines me a lot. Even though our relationship isn't what it used to be, he still says hurtful things. Things that remind me of Serena. He ignores me and continues to brush his teeths.

"Don't undermine me, okay?" I say, wanting him never to say anything that reminds me of Serena.

"Or else?" He challenges me. What should happen? I don't know.

"Or I'll slap you." I say truthfully. I feel like hitting him, when he says those things. He just chuckles, looking at himself in the mirror. He once again spit out the toothpaste and flush it with water. He's mocking me. I take a few steps in his direction, and feel the anger taking over. I hit him on the back with my fist.

"What the hell?" He says and holds the place I hit him. It looks like it hurt. I take a few steps back.

"I mean it, don't make a mockery out of me, when you do that you remind me of Serena. I don't like it."

"And then you hit me? I don't like that- you remind me of a crazy person." He tries to use same logic which just pisses me off more.

"I told you I would hit you if you made fun of me, and don't call me crazy."

"You are crazy." He says and looks at me seriously. I close the distance between us.

"Neal. You are pushing it." I say threatening.

"You're mad?"

"I'm serious, don't call me crazy, because I will lose it."

"But I'm just telling the truth." I take him by the collar of his t-shirt.

"Stop it."

"You. are. crazy." I suddenly see red. I hit him on the chest.

"Dont. call. me. that" I say in between the punches.
