What the hell am I going to do now? I just can’t get Serena out of my head. The way she looked at us, like we were dirty animals. The hurt on her face. I feel terrible. How can I ever go back to that house, she will kill me.

“Omar, I think I need to move in with you.” I say sarcastically after telling him about what happened.

“I think so too. She’ll kill you, and I’m not joking.” He seems to be thinking of something.

“Or.. if I think about it. The sooner you talk things over, the sooner she’ll be able to ‘accept’ your relationship with K.C.”

“Omar, she will never accept it. It’s Serena we are talking about. Be realistic.”

“She might not respect it, she might not support it, but she has to accept it. She can’t force you not to see K.C.” That’s true, I mean, she can’t do anything about it, but then she just make things a hell for me at home.

“I don’t think K.C will continue this if it hurts her so much, neither do I.”

”Well, then you’re both pretty stupid then. You did all this for what? 2 minutes of satisfaction. And I don't think Serena will care whether you break up now or not. She saw you two together and that’s all that counts in her eyes. She’ll make your life a hell no matter what. So why not be with the guy you like, then at least you still have what you wanted to begin with. And I mean, you can’t help who you fall for. And Serena wasn’t your friend, so technically you’re not breaking any codes. She’s mean, and she gets what she deserves.” he says, Omar can be pretty convincing, he always make things seem less complicated. And I think he’s right. I can’t help that I like K.C and I don’t want things to end with him because of her. She needs to move on. He can’t just not be with anyone, because she’ll be hurt.

“I think you right, Omar. I shouldn’t bow down just because she’s upset. She just needs to accept that K.C isn’t interested in her anymore.”

“Exactly, and that’s why you should just go home, and face Serena now” He says looking serious.

“I will do that! I’m not going to hide here forever. Thanks Omar.” I give him a hug. I don’t know what I would have done without him.

“And if she attacks you, I’m just one phone call away” He says smiling, but I don’t think he’s kidding. I don’t know what to expect, she could do anything.

I open the door slowly, it’s 10 a.m, so I don’t think she’s up yet. I called Neal to let him know I was going to sleep at Omar’s place. He’s already up, he’s sitting at the kitchen counter drinking coffee.

“And let the games begin.” He says without looking up, he sensed that I was coming.

“It’s not funny, Neal. I thought I could face her, but I’m this close to shit in my pants”

“You should be, I told you to be careful. You should’ve seen her when she got home. Brad thought she got raped or something.” He says. He is never looking up when he’s talking, he’s always just looking down at the newspaper, it’s actually annoying.

“Neal.” I say firm.

“Tori.” he says in the same tone.
