Yoon Hyejin's POV

I am now standing in front of the door that Jaehyun had sent me. Turns out that he has his own pad too in a very luxurious and private hotel. I wonder if his members know about this.

Throwing a sigh, I stared deep at the knob. He texted me that he left the door open so I can go in and wait for him in the living room.

There's heaviness pressing on my chest as I remained like a statue in front of his unit. We will just going to talk but something with the atmosphere is not sitting right with me.

Obviously this is wrong. It's late at night. Instead of being in my boyfriend's crib, I'm at someone's. I should've just asked him to meet somewhere else but I remember Jaehyun's an idol. We can't talk it out in the company and public since he has his image so this is the only key.

If I pull this door, there's no stepping back. Wether the problem gets solved or we end our friendship.

I should not take oblivion to his motive when he asked me to meet him at his place. There can be chances that he's into something but if that is, I'm ready to dodge all of his sneaky plans.

I'm only here with one goal. Fix us or else we'll part.

With my sweating hands, I looked around me to check if someone had followed me before going inside.

As I pushed the door closed behind, my body shivered seeing how cozy his place is. I didn't know he has this kind of place. Now I'm sure his members don't know about this because if they know, they'd be asking to go here and hangout.

They could literally relax here. There will still be a huge space even if all 23 members gathered here.

I slid myself into extra slippers and decided to go to the living room where he told me to wait.

The place is really huge and beautiful. The interior is simple but still screams richness. The white and gray mixture and the choices of whatever stuffs inside his house is very Jung Jaehyun too.

I sat on the couch and crossed my legs as I wait for him. He even left the T.V open and it's not hot at all, the place is being centralized with air-con. Just wow.

Johnny thought I'm in my apartment but I lied. I felt really bad. He needs something good after this. I promise to give him that.

"Darn." I scratched my nape. Stressed on how am I going to open it up to Jaehyun without getting flashbacks of what we shared that night. It will surely be hella awkward.

Dang it.

"You're here." My body flinched hearing his big and full voice and as I looked up, I saw him walking down the stairs.

Small bits of water are dripping down his hair to his face. He's already in pajamas with a face towel hanging around his shoulders. He just finished at bath, it says by looking at him.

"Did you wait long?" He asked and threw himself on the couch across me.

"No..I just got here but leaving your door open is really a bad idea. What if someone intrude?"

Jaehyun chuckled. He crossed his legs and pushed his eyeglass using one finger. "So you're concerned?" He asked while doing the thing he always does, tongue playing with his cheeks.

"No need to worry. This place has the best security." I watched him move. Something really changed between us. I'm not having that calmness around him anymore. The way his eyes are looking at me is all so new.

"So what do you want to talk about?"

Ugh now here it goes.

Fiddling with my fingers, I diverted my gaze feeling my cheeks turning hot. "Hyejin, you're clearly aware that you're in my space. Acting like this is not helping me." He told me. I'm not looking at him but base on his tone, I know he's finding this fun. He's smiling, I can bet my life to it. He's smiling wide right now.
