Third Person's POV

Their fifth day, Hyejin was so close losing it. In a broad daylight, she sat herself on the white sand with her eyes lifelessly watching the waves crashing into the shore.

She's happy that Johnny was able to take a rest from his busy world but one week have never felt like eternity for her before. There were no activities and such!

If only apps could talk, they were probably ranting on how used they were because of Hyejin's boredom.

Breakfast's done and their parents went out for fishing while Johnny was still in deep slumber on their bed. Two more days before they fly back to Seoul but—she didn't know anymore if she could still keep up with her mood.

Hyejin chose to distance herself from them to avoid showing them how she was slowly falling uninterested in the trip. It felt like she was locked there for almost a month now...

Little impatient and irritated she was, Hyejin opened her phone and scrolled through TikTok to kill her time. Aside from the nct clips, she had found something that was keeping her good. The POVs where really entertaining her and that was the reason why she had an argument with Johnny last night.

He was always complaining how she spent most of her time only with her phone and that was really upsetting for her! What else she could do when her boyfriend wasn't even trying to do something? He was oblivious of her atmosphere!

And it was confirmed, she was slowly starting to be a fan of NCT. Talking about their bias like the other fans, of course! She was eyeing someone too and it was Jaehyun!

Now that she learned watching their shows, funny moments and such, Hyejin had a better understanding of their life.

A life of an idol was completely in a different level. They were too high to reach and mostly, they were out of fans' league.

She also learned how popular and big their fandom was. Hyejin had stumbled with a lot of fans sharing their stories and expressing their pains as they fell in love with the people that was only meant to be their idol. She could sympathize to them! Although she never felt it, Hyejin just knew how painful it was for not standing a chance.

But she was Yoon Hyejin, secretly dating Johnny Suh and currently having dirty secrets with Jung Jaehyun. Whoever she ended up with, it was guarantee that she would break a lot of hearts.

She was one of the 23 lady that would end up with NCT.

As she scrolled through it, it was all fine. Her FYP was literally full of Jaehyun's content and she wasn't complaining. Her eyes were enjoying it, appreciating every bits of him.

She never paid much attention to everything about him but now, she wanted too. From his fashion, hairstyle, make up, every move of their dances, the way he walked at the airport, looked at the camera, how he looked so good with his forehead exposed, with plain t-shirts, the way he sing, she enjoyed watching everything.

It was all butterflies in her tummy until she stumbled on someone's video and crashed her mood down.

It was a ship account of Jaehyun and that idol Rosé. A compilation video of them, some fans were thinking or even convinced that they were a thing.  From their instagram posts and stories, shared mere moments in a music shows, they were going crazy for them. She wasn't annoyed because she believed it, she was annoyed how these fans were being so delusional thinking everything they do was connected to each other.

Okay! Okay! She was jealous! She knew Jaehyun was only seeing her but she couldn't help not to feel insecure watching her. Her voice was immaculate! It was soothing and with that face and talent, she could definitely pull the boy she wanted!
