Yoon Hyejin's POV

"My dear daughter!" Before I even react, I'm already being squeezed in a tight warm hug as soon as we arrived in Johnny's unit.

Mommy Suh kissed the sides of my cheeks before going to her only son and hug him.

Whenever Johnny is with his parents, he always turns the softest. In NCT, he was always one of the hyungs, he was the strongest but I love how he turns into a baby with his family!

I was so busy this morning with Jae, if only I knew I would've pick them to the airport.

"How have you been son?" His dad asked as they accompanied asked to the kitchen only to be welcomed with a well prepared dinner table.

"Works been draining me but everything's perfect." He painted a smile for them and scooped me in his arms. "Did you prepare all of these?" He asked as I felt his thumb drawing small circles on my waist.

"Your dad wanted you to walk home with a dinner prepared on the table." How sweet of them. They probably went to the market right after they drop their stuffs here.

I looked at them warmly. This kind of thing is the one I've been dying to feel with my own parents. Growing up, I have never received such fondess from them, specially from my mom.

Never I was welcomed with a warm hug whenever I got home from school or work. Never I was greeted sincerely and lovely during my birthday and hearing I love you was one of the rarest thing I hear from them.

I wonder how beautiful my life would be if I was given with such family like my boyfriend.

"Hey you okay?" Johnny's hand squeezed my side after noticing the sadness slowly peeking through my eyes.

Shrugging it off, I smiled and gave him a nod. There's no need to be sad anymore. At least I got to feel it with him and his parents!

It's better late than never.

"Don't pout like that! You're making mumma sad." Mommy Suh chirped in and cupped my cheeks.

My heart can't stop from pounding with so much warmth whenever she landed her eyes to me, looking at me like she bear me, like I am hers.

"I think we need to come often here for our daughter too." Dad ruffled my hair. No one have ever welcomed me this wholeheartedly in their home and their family.

Johnny was trully blessed.

"Don't worry, we'll join you in Chicago soon!" Johnny told them and decided to break the starting drama by cracking some fun.

After the shared dinner, we all settled in the living room to help them unpack their luggage. They asked for our presence to show them the gifts they brought for us.

Mostly it was snacks but later we got Johnny jokingly complaining on how did I receive more gifts than him.

"Ha! I'm the favorite babe!" I joked back and hugged the dresses that they handed me.

Everything was going smoothly not until his mom pulled some pairs of two pieces from her suitcase. "I brought this for you! Promise me you'll wear all of them in our vacation." A grin is playing on her lips and blood quickly rushed all over my face as she raised them in the air.

Johnny's dying laugh echoed in the living room. He fell on his knees and hysterically cracking up while looking at me.

"I promise I will. Thank you for these!" I took them shyly with my hands and glared at Johnny. "Don't worry about the sizes. Johhny told me about them. I didn't just take them thoughtlessly!" A tingling sensation formed in my stomach as I saw my boyfriend showing his big hands to me. He's acting like he's queezing the air like how he usually does it with my breasts.
