I am bad with names, so in case you are too: Kwang-sik is the guy that WayV visited while they weren't in Seoul for some days (mentioned in Chapter 29).
Okay, now let's get started with the chapter~!

As Jaemin followed Xiaojun to his room, he passed the living room, attracting Winwin's gaze effortlessly as he walked by.
Just a short glimpse and Jaemin already felt like he was treading on thin ice.
"Don't mind him," Xiaojun said reassuringly as he stopped in front of the closed door. "Jie and he just made up. He won't make do anything to make her angry any time soon."
"That's good to know," Jaemin mumbled before quickly asking, "Is he really as strong as Taeyong made it sound?"
After all, Jaemin wouldn't know given that he hadn't worked with Winwin before.
Grin slowly growing, Xiaojun didn't bother to agree.
"You shouldn't take your chances," he merely said before he pressed the door handle down and carefully pushed the door open.Despite the sun already having risen, its light didn't manage to reach far into the room after already having struggled to push through the thick curtains.
On the bed closer to the door, curled up in a thin blanket and back facing the two boys, Jie was seemingly sleeping calmly.
Somehow it was odd to see her here. Although Jaemin had spent quite a few nights with her before, he hadn't actually been to her room before. He was almost not used to seeing such a normal sight.
"She worked late last night," Xiaojun pointed out.
"Shouldn't we let her sleep longer then?"
The older scoffed. "If she finds out I sent you away I'll get in trouble," he said under his breath. "Just go inside, we won't bother you."
And with that, he left Jaemin alone.
Taking slow, quiet steps into the room, he soon came to a halt in front of the girl's bed and sat down on its edge. From where he sat he could barely see her face, and the little bit that he could see was covered by her hair.
So, carefully, he pushed it behind her ear, revealing those familiar features that he had gotten so used to.
And even the slim, shining line that traced down her cheek and ended in a small, dark speck on the cover of her pillow was oddly familiar.
"If you keep having nightmares, you should just stay with me," Jaemin mumbled. Didn't she say something about it? That being around Jaemin helped?
He was ready to stay with her at all times, she just needed to say so.
"Jie," he called her name softly. Hearing his voice made her move closer to his touch, pressing her head more against his hand.
Smiling, Jaemin used his other hand to dry her cheek before calling her name again.
"Jie~"
A moment of silence, then she hummed before she added a confused and drowsy,
"Jaemin?""Yeah, it's me," he said. "Good morning."
Not opening her eyes just yet, she turned in her bed so that she was now facing the boy. While he took his hands off her to let her move comfortably and freely, she slung her arm around his waist and pulled him closer.
He laughed. "What are you doing?"
She smiled contently but didn't answer. "Why are you here?" she asked instead.
