Chapter 9

Vince's POV

I am directed to a room in the compound when I hear familiar screaming and attitude.

"You fucktard I will kill you and your sick ass family" I heard her voice from three hallways away.

I open the door looking at Allegra, then her body. She really put up a fight.

"Did you two do this to her?" I ask my men. One of them is holding his nose that is bleeding everywhere and the other is rubbing his jaw.

"No, she came here with those. Whoever did that to her.... I'm glad they did. She's a real pain in the ass." One of the men replied before they both walked past me out the door.

"Vinnyyyyyy! What do I owe the pleasure? I missed you so much" I hear the sarcasm in her voice and it hurts but I ignore it anyway.

"What is the American Government's plan?"

"Oh that? Isn't it obvious? Their plan is to help me exchange your mouth with your ass since you're always talking shit."

I look at her with a blank face.

She always did have a smart mouth.

A mouth that I'm really starting to miss... Vince shut the fuck up and stop thinking like that.

"Rome! Get in here and bring the tools". I shout over my shoulder.

He walks in mumbling something with his head down trying to see what's in the box.

As soon as he looks up their eyes lock and his grip on the box slips a little. He regained his grip almost immediately and continued to walk towards her.

I ignore his reaction and grab the bucket of ice cold water in the corner pouring it over her head.

"What the-" She screams.

I smirk at her.

"You should feel ashamed. That bucket of water made me wetter than you ever did" She smirks back at me and I lose my smile.

Rome cracks up a little at her comment and I turn towards him quickly and he shuts up.

She has bruises all over her body and I notice that Rome keeps staring at them.

He frowns at it and honestly I feel the same way. I want to kill whoever did that to her. Staring at what looks like a trail of hickeys down her stomach made me angry. Kind of.... She is starting to piss me off.

I would ask her what happened but it's not my place to show emotion toward it.

I grab the jump start and the voltage battery from the box and her face falls.

"So what? Your going to torture me for information?" She leans her head to the side and I notice the earpiece in her ear.

"No, I'm going to do it for fun while your partners on the other end listen." I say grabbing it from her ear. I put it on the table behind her and that's when she starts to struggle a bit.

"What? Oh you though I was going to torture you physically? No....no" She looks at me with confusion on her face.

"Bring him in!" I shout again.

She gasps as she watches Ace being dragged into the room. That's when Rome pulls me aside quickly.

"You said he was dead," Rome whispers.

"No, I said he never resurfaced. Allegra thought he was but I've had him locked up for a year" I chuckle mumbling the words loud enough for her to hear.
