He shifted gear and started to take turn but stopped when he saw Alec friends walking through gate, he shouted their name and removed his seat belt and made his way to them, others shouted to move car but he asked two minutes to wait "what are you guys doing here" "and where is Alec" he asked looking around, they looked at him with concern look.

"wait....no no no.....no ALEC" he shouted and ran, others followed him except Jordan, he went to park car because other cars making sounds.

His heart beating so fast and tears threatened to fall, he looked around to see any sign of his precious Alec, he ran every corridor, he saw Damon standing at corner "Damon!" he shouted.

"YOU! this all your fault, he is here because of you" Damon punched his face.

"if you never kissed him forcefully, he will be fine with me, you taken him away from me" he punched again.

"where is Alec, I have to see him" he said try to go into room but Damon doesn't gave him chance, lifted his hand to punch but Magnus blocked and returned punched, they both fought, Mia and others came tried to stop but they are not stopping.

"that's enough" Rachel shouted everyone stood there where they were like statues.

"this is hospital, if you do that again I will make sure you don't come near to Alec until his here" she said and continued "Magnus this not expected from you, you know rules"

He moved forward and asked "what happened to him" tears dropping from his eyes.

"he has severe injuries, they stopped bleeding when he was in ambulance but he lost so blood and I have to run some tests so I need you to sign this" she said giving documents.

Magnus knew this is just formality and everyone will sign it but he scared like hell.

"I will sign them" Damon said moved forward

"did I asked you" she said "you are not his family member or boyfriend, so keep quiet".

Magnus hands shaken to sign them, he slowly signed gave to her and saw Alec on strecher coming through door "Alec... Alec" he called made his way to him, he hold Alec hand "look at me, you are going to okay, please come back to me safely" he said.

Alec face and body cover with blood, sure they cleaned but small amount remained.

"He is not conscious" she said pulling him back.

stretcher moved and she tapped Magnus shoulder and followed nurses.

"excuse me sir" a nurse called, he turned looked at her "these are his belongings" he taken and cried holding them and placed them at chair.

His legs gave up, he sat on ground and hugged his knees and started to cry, other stood there and started to pray God.

After forty five minutes they returned with Alec on stretcher. Magnus stood quickly try to talk but Rachel didn't gave him chance, she walked away.

"Magnus! we need to do surgery" she said returned with documents.

"what! why" he asked.

"some wounds he got are only outside so we cleaned and banged, they heal with time but car went on his legs and it's knee below and his left leg bones are broken, we have to put plates on it" she said.

"I I want see him, I want to be with him, it can't be that serious" he said try to go into room.

"Mags stop" he listened familiar voice and turned saw Raphael in his uniform and his other friends behind him.

"I will take care of him and infection spreading so fast, so we have to act fast" Raphael said.

"I called him and I needed help of my partner specially some people don't believe in me in this case" Rachel said looking at Damon, she listened gossip from emergency department nurses how he got accident 'the boy's lover and lover's ex showed up infront of him, poor boy ran to suicide'

"I want to be there" Magnus said.

"no Mags, we don't allow outers to step into surgery room, you are too overwhelmed and not even work here" Raph said and he put his hand on Magnus shoulder "I don't let anything happen to your boy, I promise".

Magnus hugged him and cried "please please help me please".

Cat and other pulled him and hugged his side and try to comfort "haa! Magnus" Rachel called.

He turned to see her "I have some questions to ask" she said and he nodded.

"do Alec have any health issues" she asked her first question.

"He has panic attacks since childhood" he said with low voice and everyone gasped except cat, they never know anything about this.

"oh okay, does he have any allergies or reaction with medical drugs" she asked and he shook his head as no and she noted it down.

"this one is last so as I said we are doing surgery to his left leg there are faded marks like stitched. so can you explain, do you know anything about that" she asked.

He looked down and gulped his throat "I I....I did it, I pushed him from stairs".

"you did what" everyone in that hall shouted simultaneously.

"when I was fifteen, he and his brother sneaked into my room to do something with my phone. His mom his so strict, they don't have one because they are just nine years old. I saw and shouted at them and try to catch them. Jace escaped and hide somewhere but Alec and me fought, in the end he threw my phone at ground. I got angry and pushed him backwards"

"I didn't mean to hurt him, he fell down, he fell from stairs and he got, he he....I never forgiven myself for that...." he cried.

"shhh shhh it's okay Magnus, he is going to be okay, he is survivor" cat said and hugged him. Raph and Rach left to operation theater.
