how can I forget

He woke up and rolled on bed while his hand was searching for his boyfriend. He opened his eyes and looked around when he couldn't find his boyfriend's warmth.

"Alec!!" he called looking at the bathroom door. He stood up and walked towards the bathroom door and opened, Alec was not there.

He looked at the clock and it was nine in the morning. "oh do I overslept" he mumbled to himself.

He rolled his sleeves up and walked towards the kitchen and saw Cat was laughing looking at him.

"is something wrong!" he asked. She shook her head, came near and hugged him "good morning and happy birthday bestie".

"morning" he greeted, returning the hug.

she laughed loudly "I never thought you would wear something like this on your birthday. I saw you wearing fancy clothes with jewelry and lots of makeup on your face" she said pointing at a flower printed colourful shirt which he wore and went towards the coffee machine.

"Alec wants to take sunbath today, so iam well prepared. anyway, have you seen him!!" he asked and sat on chair.

"He and Raph went to a bakery, they are obsessed to sweets" she said.

Magnus made an annoyed face and said "he's not answering my calls either, I regret letting him close to Raph....he is spoiling my boy".

"hey don't say like that, they became good friends more like brothers" she said giving a coffee mug to him and continued "you know Raph said Alec looks a lot similar to his sister. He misses them so much. He said if his sister is alive, she is gonna be the same as Alec. same age, same thoughts".

Magnus thought deeply, he knew Raph's parents and sisters died in a car accident. Now all Raph has friends and it's good he thinks Alec is his brother, it will help him to not think about the past much.

"Magnus!! what are the plans, what do we gonna today, iam so excited for party" she asked.

Magnus rolled his eyes and sipped his coffee "no plans".

"don't tell me, the party lover, not into parties anymore, that too it's your birthday" she said pointing finger at him.

"Iam not in the mood, you know Alec not even remembered birthday. I thought I wake up with kisses and wishes but here iam" he said with disappointment.

"lot of things happened, he must have forgotten we are here to remember, tell me how do you want to celebrate" she asked.

He thought for a second and smiled "like every time we do, lots of drinks, laughter, food, fun, games, dance and...and I want to dance with Alec, I want to hold him tight while music plays in the background, resting my head on his shoulder, I want to move to rhythm".

"are you planning a wedding dance!" she asked and continued "because don't, not before mine".

They both laughed looking at each other "oh don't worry about that, do you guys have a fixed date for the wedding" he asked.

They listened to the main door open sound and Magnus looked at Cat and said "don't mention anything to Alec or ask about birthday plans. He is already feeling low, I don't want to make him feel bad because we are not celebrating it"

Alec and Raph entered the kitchen.

"hey pretty boy" Magnus greeted.

"Hey!!" Alec came near and placed a kiss on Magnus cheek "you look good" he whispered.

"Iam always look good" Magnus grinned and continued"shall we start our day, iam all ready to go".

"yes!!" Alec and Raph shouted simultaneously.
