"can't you read it yourself, why are you torturing me" he asked, closing the book and giving it to Alec.

Alec knew Magnus is not a book person who can read fiction and fantasy books but what can he say it's been a week, he gave so much time to Magnus, they only talking little bit. "no you have to read it, I want to distract myself. I don't want to think about my perfect boyfriend who is not here with me"

"Iam right here, so don't be over dramatic and Iam surprised you are not bored seeing only me" Magnus said opening book again.

"well iam bored. you should go outside little bit... enjoy with your friends, I will be fine without you, it's just for hours, just go and enjoy the party" Alec asked.

Magnus shook his head and returned to study, he grabbed that book and closed it "Magnus don't miss this, they are your best friends"

"I know and they are fine with it. I can't leave you like this. I already told cat, she is understanding person and Rag....iam the one who gave all the idea and organised perfectly everything and it went well yesterday. so he is okay,me not going to their party"

"do you want to read more or I will go and make dinner for both us" he stood up, removing Alec's hands from collar.

"Surprise" everyone shouted and cat came near and hug him "what are you guys doing here" he asked looking at everyone.

"don't look at me Alexander, I don't know why they came" Magnus said, raising both his hands in the air.

"you are not happy to see us here. I thought you also belong to this gang" Raph mumbled.

"Iam happy to see you guys. I thought you all want to go pub to celebrate, well congratulations you both are engaged" he smiled.

"thank you Alec and yeah that's the plan but what to say, we can't miss your charming boyfriend at my party" Ragnor said. Magnus quickly kicked him with an elbow "what iam saying is true, we don't want anyone to miss this. and you don't leave Alec alone. So party starts here"
