Chapter 19

It's finally d-day! I'm moving out! I went to take a shower and do my morning routine,I wore a nice and stylish outfit for today. After I'm done fixing myself I went down to eat breakfast. Dad is the one cooking this time, since dad is still cooking I decided to sent Hyungwon seonbae a message.

Yebin: Seonbae, I just wanted to tell you that I'm moving out later in the afternoon.

I put my phone down and helped dad. My brother woke up late, we even waited for him before we eat. We went to the living room and watched tv after we eat. I and my brother keep on arguing about what to watch but my mom stopped the both of us and watched her favorite series.

"Mom, when are you gonna bring the bed that you're going to buy later?" I asked.

"Don't worry, we'll get it delivered by the end of the day, Your dad and I will go to the furniture store later to shop." she said

"Okay mom, I just wanna make sure I have a bed that I can sleep on later"

"I can't believe that you won't come home for a while," she said as she gently caresses my hair.

"Mom, what are you saying? I'll come home often"

"Make sure you do" she said. We are watching tv when Mr.Kim arrived.

"Miss, are you ready to go?" Mr.Kim asked.

"Yes, I just need some help to bring my stuff to the car"

"I'll do it! You can just wait inside the car"

"No No Mr.Kim, I'll help"

"Miss, we're here" Mr.Kim said as he pulls off the car. I thanked Mr. Kim and got out of the car. Mr.Kim helped me carry my stuff, I went to open the door but I remembered that I still don't have the passcode to the place. I knocked on the door but no one is answering. I even called and texted Hyungwon seonbae but he is not answering.

I've been waiting for 20 minutes already, it's not a problem for me if I'm alone but Mr.Kim is also waiting so I kinda felt bad. I am about to knock again but it finally opened.

An annoyed-looking Hyungwon comes out and it looks like he just woke up.

"You're so noisy" he said as he looked at me but his eyes widened when he saw Mr.Kim behind me. He bowed to him and greeted him nicely.

"I'm so sorry sir, did you wait for too long? I'm really sorry, I woke up early today but I must've fallen asleep again."

"It's okay for me but Ms.Hwang waited for quite a while" Mr.Kim said.

"I'm fine Mr.Kim" I said with a smile. Mr. Kim ruffled my hair while Hyungwon seonbae just glared at me.

"Spoiled brat" he muttered to his breath but definitely loud enough for me to hear.

"What did you say, seonbae?" I asked. Pretending to have no clue on what he just muttered.

"Nothing" he said, walking away. After he left, Mr.Kim went near me and whispered.

"Are you sure you can live here with that guy peacefully? Should I tell your parents?"

"No pls don't tell them, I'll be fine" I said

"Okay, if you say so" he said before carrying my stuff inside. I went to help him and went inside. Woah the apartment is nicer than I thought! The apartment is small but still nice.

"Miss, I'll just put your stuff here. I need to get going, your father needs me" he said as he put down my stuff in the living room. He bid goodbye and left. I looked around the place but there isn't much to look at so I ended up standing at the corner awkwardly I feel like a forbidden house.

"S-seonbae where is my room?" He lazily looked at me and pointed over a room near the kitchen.

"There, It's messy in there so I suggest you clean, which I know you can't since for sure you grow up with maids and everything" he said while he whispered the last words quietly but enough for me to hear, I think he did it on purpose.

"Okay I'll clean it"
