Stress

It's good to be productive,
You get things done,
But when stress is nagging you,
Let me tell you what to do.

Take a deep breath in,
Then blow it out,
Relax your muscles,
Let's take a different route.

Instead of worrying,
Get rid of the pain,
Even if it makes you look,
Completely insane.

Scream into a pillow,
Punch a wall,
Run in bad weather,
You can't always be expected to keep it together.

Read a book,
Chase a seagull,
But for your own sake,
Keep it legal.

Go on a rant,
Say what you wanted to say,
Even if it gets you grounded,
For thirty days.

And remember this quote,
When things around you still suck,
Stress is giving a fuck.
