Warning: Really bad cursing happens in this chapter and in most chapters from here on out. (It's teenage anime. What do you expect?)

*Ben Tennyson*Alex says I have a lot in common with this kid she wants to recruit called Izuku Midoriya. Because we were both born without the powers needed to achive our dream. But then something incredible happened that changed everything.
Alex has an MDKP (Magical Duplicate of a Key Personality) living there that's after his heart. There's somebody else she also takes an interest in. I didn't realize what Alex saw in this kid. . . until I found out what he'd been through.

" Are you sure we need all three of them?" I asked Alex. I looked down at a the photo in my hand. It was of three very odd-looking boys our age. Alex had given it to me so I could look for them faster.
" Yeah. They're the most powerful teenagers in the entire first-year hero course. They'll be the most incredible asset to our magical army yet, trust me," she said. I took another look at the three teens in the photo.
The first one had very spiky ash-blonde hair, pale skin, and scarlet-red eyes. He was at least sixteen years old and a little bit tall. He glared forward with a wild determination in his eyes.
The second kid was quite obviously an extrovert. He had very messy wavy green hair that was black at the roots, pale skin with a few freckles on his cheeks, emerald-green eyes, and looked way too innocent to be in a hero costume. He was short in stature for a sixteen-year-old. He also had a giant smile on his face. I had instantly picked him out as the one I liked best.
Some girls might've even found him cute. Despite his mostly average appearance, I could tell he held a deep passion for hero work. He seemed the only thing on his bucket list was nothing more then to save everybody on the planet in one fell swoop.
The boy next to the green-haired teen looked the most bizarre out of the bunch. It was like he had a line of opposing color going through him from the tip of his forehead down to his nose. His fair skin tone remained the same throughout most of his face.
His thick, straight hair was snow-white on the right side and a perfect shade of red on the other. His eyebrows reflected those colors, only slightly darker then the orginal. He had completely heterocromatic eyes. The one on the right was a stormy gray that matched Annabeth Chase's exactly. The one on the left was a brillant gemstone turquoise.
But what really made him stand out was the scar over his left eye. It covered the left side of his forehead and even dipped down into his cheek a little. He was Alex's height almost exactly, definitely sixteen. The kid looked like he hadn't had a proper hug in years.
His face was void of all emotion, not something you would normally see on a teenager. I woulda pegged that kind of personality as a goths. But he had clearly seen the Sun before, despite his very pale complexion. And he wasn't wearing a spot of black on his outfit.
He definitely didn't look like the type to make sarcastic comments or dark jokes of any kind. He couldn't be emo, or goth. But anyway, the kid was very good-looking, despite the scar. I could just picture the dude getting chased by a mob of girls as we stood here.
The three boys were walking down a hallway to some door, completely unaware of the security camera in front of them, which was where Alex had gotten the picture. The freckled kid was directing that big smile of his at the dual-color haired one, and I instantly knew they were friend's. (Whether the emotionless kid acknowledged it or not.)
