~ Mr. Perfectly Fine ~

Dear Mr. Perfectly Fine,

I saw you with your new girl today. You seem unbothered, you seem alright. It has been three weeks since you broke up with me but you already found someone new, while here I am, still crying my eyes out every night in the thoughts of you. I am still drowning in the memories of us together. I still can't throw your letters, or burn them, because they remind me of what we had, and what we aren't. You are out there, walking her to her classes everyday but here I am, still hoping that one day, you will come back to me, even though I knew that you wouldn't.

At this time, I am angry. I am furious. I wanted you to regret leaving me, and I want you to realize that I am the best for you. But you seem happy. I wanted to be happy for you, I swear. But I really, really, want you to regret leaving me. I want you to regret hurting me. I may be selfish, I may be cruel, but it would give me the satisfaction if I heard from one of our friends that you want to take me back.

I may be stupid for doing so, but I will wait for you, no matter how long it would take you. I'm not sure if this would last long, if I'd still wait for you in the next months, in 6 months, in a year, we don't know. But for now, I will wait for you. I will always love you.

-- Y/N L/N

"Are you going to give that to him?" Pansy Parkinson asked Y/N L/N. Y/N has been reading and rereading the letter that she wrote for him a week ago, and Pansy was bothered by this. That piece of parchment contains everything that Y/N wanted to tell her ex-lover, and it has everything that Draco Malfoy, Y/N's ex-lover, has to know. No, Pansy didn't read that letter, her instinct just told her that that was the case.

"He's not supposed to read this." Y/N smiled sadly. Her lips curled into a smile, but her eyes tell otherwise. That's something unique about Y/N: she couldn't hide her feelings. Her eyes were too honest for her to lie about what she feels.

"Why did you write that in the first place if he wasn't supposed to read it?"

"Its for me to release all the things that I wanted to tell him. Its a little leap of faith; a little step of moving on. And it worked."

"But you wish you could tell him that, you wish you could hand him that letter."

"Of course I do. Its just that he is already too happy. I don't want to ruin that. He's perfectly fine now." Y/N smiled at Pansy, trying to reassure her, but Pansy is not reassured.

Pansy was worried about her. She wanted to help Y/N to heal from what Draco Malfoy did to her, but she couldn't do anything. Y/N was right, Draco was already happy. He was already happy with Eowyn Jade Faacer, a younger Slytherin. She's only in her 3rd year, and she was pretty, she's sweet, and she was so smart.

She was everything Y/N was not.

Y/N knew that Eowyn Jade was better than her, and Pansy would always like to tell Y/N that she does not have to be insecure with Eowyn Jade, but no matter how many nice words Pansy would tell Y/N, Pansy knew that Y/N doesn't believe her.

Pansy just hopes that everything will be alright. That Y/N will be alright. That someday, Y/N will realize how beautiful she is, and that she doesn't deserve a boy like Draco Malfoy.
