jealous

I was always the type of person who loves being productive the entire day. I would feel bad if I didn't do anything or do anything school-related the entire day, so I would try my best to at least accomplish something in a day.

This Saturday was no exception. I got up early, just after dawn, and I grabbed my books, quills, and some parchment papers and headed off to the library to do some homework. I only have 3 homework that I have to pass on Monday, so I know that I would get things done early if I start off early, then I could rest on Sunday.

I talked to my friend, Malcolm, if he could come and study with me. He agreed, and he said that he'll meet me before breakfast. Knowing Malcolm, he's always early for meet-ups and study get-togethers or whatever they're called. He always arrives before because he said that he believes that he shouldn't keep his friends  waiting. He hates it whenever his friends wait for him, and he says that it was okay for him to wait, and not his friends. He's great friend, and I hope everyone has their own Malcolm.

Malcolm is a Ravenclaw, and I met him in  herbology on our third year. He was my partner, and since then, he was a pretty great friend. He would always help me whenever I didn't understand certain concepts, and he's a pretty great listener too. He would listen to me rant about the people who would make fun of me, and he was the first person who knew about my big crush on Draco Malfoy.

He was the one who helped me try and get Draco Malfoy's attention because I was very shy, and I didn't know how to approach Draco. Malcolm planned everything, and things went smoothly. Now, I am dating Draco Malfoy, and it was all thanks to Malcolm Chase.

When I arrived at the library, I saw Malcolm there. He was reading a book, and just like me, he brought his books, quills and some of his parchment papers. He looked like he was waiting for me by reading a novel, and I knew that that novel was recommended by yours truly. I am proud that he actually is liking the book, and we would finally have some similarity.

"Hello, Mr. Smarty Pants." I greeted. He looked up from the book, and when he saw me, he smiled. He placed his bookmark on the book and put the book down.

"Good morning, sleepy head. You're late."

That's one thing I both hate and like about Malcolm is that he would always sound like he's my father. Whenever I would do something wrong, he would try to correct me.

"Only a minute late, mister." I joked, and he chuckled lightly as he gets his Arithmancy book. We decided to study Arithmancy and try to answer our homework, and if we finished just in time for breakfast, we would start with our Potions homework.

And so we did. We started by reading the book, jut down some notes and important key terms. Then, when we understood the general topic, we started answering the homework, trying to answer based on our prior knowledge from the note-taking and from the reading, since our professor didn't discuss this topic yet. Then, the remaining items which didn't have an answer I would return to those items while checking the book. That's how I do it, but Malcolm finished the homework right away, after he read the chapter concerning this homework, that is why we finished just in time for breakfast.

So we went down to the Great Hall and sure enough, there were already students going in the Great Hall. Malcolm and I went our separate ways for a while, since we would be studying in the library. We even asked the librarian to reserve us our table, and we left our bags and books there so that we would be sure that the table is reserved for us. I sprinted to the Slytherin table, and looked for a particular blonde hair boy, and when I saw him somewhere in the middle with his friends, I ran to greet him. When I arrived, I sat beside Draco Malfoy, and tapped his shoulder. He turned to face me, and when he saw me, he smiled. He leaned in to give me a kiss, and I quickly grabbed a plate, placed in some pancakes and grabbed a glass of pumpkin juice.
