We got back home with Ellie and maddy my mom was at bingo so the house was empty
"Ellie, maddy why don't you guys go play upstairs and get ready for bed ." I told them
"Okay papa !" Ellie said grabbing Maddys hand leading her upstairs
"They weren't kidding when they said she was shy she barely talks .." I said looking at Tk
"Poor kids probably scarred ." Tk said leaning on the counter
"I think you might be to .." I said looking at Tk as he got a water
"What's that supposed to mean ?" Tk said looking at me confused
" I'm worried about you .Every time I bring up your dads or sister."I said before Tk covered my mouth
"You do that ." I said as he took his hand off my mouth ."
"Look I know what happened okay and I know you care about me and you just trying to help me I do but I'm not at peace with what happened let alone ready for people to just bring it up and I feel like that's all you wanna talk about anymore okay and I get you mean good but can you please stop reminding me that there not here .." Tk said
"T.."
"I'm gonna go get them ready and tucked in for bed ." Tk said walking away letting out a slight sniffle as he walked up the steps
