I just got off my shift when I got a call from Carlos I got in my car and went to a different parking lot answering the call

"Hey Los what's up ?" I said

"It's not Los t it's v .." I heard v say

"Did something happen to Carlos ?" I asked on the verge of panic

"Oh sorry I should have leaded with that no not physically at-least .." ." V said

"What do you mean ?" I asked confused

"He was on a call with the 128 and the probie didnt screw the anesthesia tank shut and it exploded."

"So basically he's high without being high?" I laughed

"Let's just say you got your hands full oh and by the way I'm adding your number in my phone ."

"Great okay I'll be there in 20 ." I said hanging up

I arrived at the station I was about to walk in when v called me in the parking lot

I followed her into the parking lot seeing Carlos lying on the ground

"Um..." I said looking at him

"Told ya ." V said punching me in the shoulder

"T it's all fake !" Carlos said looking at the pavement

" the grass is all fake !" Carlos said picking up pebbles and placing them in his hand

"That bad how long was he around it ?" I asked v

"20-30 minutes." V said looking at Carlos as he giggled at the butterfly

"Can you help me get him in the car please ?" I asked grabbing his one arm

"Yeah ." She said grabbing the other arm

After we got him in the car I pulled off after saying thank you to v

"Your pretty with your whittle smile and green eyes." Carlos said touching my cheek

"Thank you baby ."I said knowing he's clearly not himself

"The sky is blue wow ." Carlos said tapping the window

When we got home I tried to get him upstairs but his mother caught me

"Tk ! Is Carlitos drunk ?" She said

"No Mrs. Reyes I swear anesthesia burst he was in the middle ."

"Thank god and Tk .. it's okay to call me Rosa ."

"Okay imma get him settled in ." I said dragging him to our room getting him to the bed

"I'm uncomfy !" Carlos pouted

"Okay let's get you changed ." I said grabbing some sweatpants for him

I got him all changed in his sweatpants as he tugged at my shirt trying to get it off

"Maybe later when your not stoned ." I said rubbing his head

"Will you marry me ?" Carlos asked tapping my face

"I already have a husband ." I laughed as he looked at the sky

"Is he cuter than me ?" Carlos frowned

"He's like your twin baby ." I said As Carlos opened his mouth

"I have a twin !" Carlos said excitedly

"Sure .." I said trying to get him to lay down

"Do you have a twin ?" Carlos said once again playing with my fingers

"Sure baby .." I said tucking him in

"I want his number he's cute ." Carlos laughed

"I'll get on that okay but why don't you go to sleep ."

"Do you love me ?"carlos said rubbing my arm
