Later that night I got home seeing Carlos waiting at the counter For me
"You didn't have to wait up you know ?" I said joining him from the other side of the counter
"I wanted to you sounded like you were upset about something over the phone I wanted to make sure your okay .." he said joining my hands with his
"I was just tired mateos snoring kept me up all night ." I said getting a water
I turned around as he raised his eyebrow
"You know your a horrible liar ." He said as I came back to the counter
"I'm not lying ." I said looking at him
"Cmon ty ." He said looking at me giving me his stupid brown eyes
"Is this about your dad and Michelle?" Carlos asked
"No I'm happy for them ." I said looking at Carlos
He raised his eyebrow at me
"What? I really am their good together ." I said
"Is this about your dad ?" He asked rubbing my arm
"Kinda .." I said
"Talk to me .." Carlos said
"I don't wanna have to have him die twice I could barley do it the first time ." I said looking at my fingers
"I get it ..but why didn't you just tell me you can't deal with everything on your own ."
"But that's the thing I don't deal with everything on my own you always help me and I feel like you just have to hold my hand thru everything ."
"I don't think you realize but you do a lot on your own probably more than you should to be honest and I'm here to help you thru stuff you help me thru stuff all the time that's what we do we're a team right ?" Carlos said getting up
"Right ." I said as he tried to hug me
"That's not a good idea ." I said pushing his away before he could hug me
"Why?" He said
"I have blood on me some persons vain Busted on me today ." I said smiling
Carlos just shook his head and laughed and then kissed the top of my head
After my shower I went into the girls room I sat on Ellie's bed
"Daddy." She said looking up at me
"Hey bug why you still up ?" I said stroking her hair
"I wanted you to give me bedtime kisses ." She said
I went and kissed her head multiple times
"Thank you ." She smiled
"Here you got bunny and Stella ." I said tucking her in with her stuff animals
"Goodnight I love you so much ." I said kissing her head once more
"Night ." She whispered
Maddy was passed out I went and placed a few kisses on her head before tucking her in making sure she had her bear
