I arrived at the hospital seeing the team all sitting in chairs drinking coffee

"Carlos hey ." They said standing up

"Hey is he okay ?" I asked

" he's got some cuts bruises Owens with him now ." Judd added

I found out what room he was in and I waited by the door as him and Owen talked

"Hey bug how you feeling ?" Owen said sitting on his bed

"Okay ." Tk said

"Hey um I wanted to talk to you about something..." Owen led on

"Carlos told me about how your scared of having to go thru losing me again ..."

"He did ?" Tk questioned

" he did look Tk your my kid and I shouldn't have done that to you it was unfair but no matter what happens your my kid and I love you more than anything .." Owen said

"I love you to..." Tk said as Owen ruffled his hair

Owen looked back and saw me at the door

"I believe you guys have some stuff to talk about ..." he said getting up

On Owens way out the door he clapped me on the shoulder

I walked in TK's room

"Hey.." I said sitting on his bed

"Hey ." Tk said giving a slight smile

"Oh t .." I said running my fingers across his face cuts

Tk flinched sorta

"That kinda stings ." He said quietly

"Sorry" I said

"You didn't have to come you know .." Tk said

"Your in here because of me .." I added

"How do you figure ." Tk questioned

"You were off your game because of me and you got told to listen to music and restock and you were distracted and didn't hear Judd."

"You don't drive me that crazy Reyes ." Tk laughed

"I'm in here because I'm reckless and was focused on restocking the truck I had my music to loud ." Tk said

"How bad ." I asked rubbing his leg on top of the covers

"It's not the bad ." He said

"I'll be the judge of that ." I said

"Bruised lung , bruised ribs, concussion and some cuts that I got stitches for ." Tk said

"T that's bad !" I said

"I can't feel half of it my headache takes my mind off the other pain really ." He said

"T .. I'm really sorry about earlier ." I said holding his hands

"You were trying to help and I pu-" Tk cut me off

"You were upset I get it and it's fine but what's going on ?" Tk asked

"My old dad got out of jail ." I said

"What the actual hell ?" Tk said shifting in bed

"I don't know ." I said

Tk shifted again

"I don't think you should be moving around that much t ."

"I don't care right now but why the hell would they let him out .." Tk said holding my arm rubbing it

"He did community service they thought that he was behaved enough ."

"Look we will figure it out okay ?" Tk said rubbing my back

After a little me and Tk were just talking

"You have to be more careful you know ." I said

"Hey this one I didn't through myself into so you can't blame me ." Tk laughed

"Awee the love birds made up ." The team said at the door

"You see this ." Tk said sticking up his middle finger

"What finger is this ?" He asked

"Your middle finger .." Mateo said

"Fuck You guys ." Tk said giving them a smile

"You love us and you know it ." The said pulling into a group hug

"Maybe ." Tk said

"Watch the cuts -." Tk said
