Carlos came down from getting up and getting ready to take the kids to school

"Alright kiddos who's ready to go !" Carlos said getting their jacked on

"Us !." They said as Carlos kissed them good morning

"Okay shoes shoe let's go kiddos !" Carlos said giving me a kiss on the head ."

"Morning ." He said

"Morning I'll make you coffee to go for work ." I said

"That would be great thank you ." Carlos said

"I don't know what I would do without you ." Carlos said kissing me once more

"Alright kiddos let's go !" Carlos said walking them out

"Have a good day kiddos ." I said waving them off."

Carlos came back grabbing his bag for work.

"Here you go ." I smiled giving him the coffee

"Thank you baby I love you have a good day ." He said kissing my head

"Bye love you to ." I said before he walked out

Later that day I heard a knock on the door

"Hey v what's up did Carlos forget his vest again ?" I laughed

"Tk.." v said

"Don't worry he does it all the time I'll go get it ." I said

"Tk .." she said

" is he in the car ? You know he's probably trying to jump scare me ."

"Tk Carlos is dead .." she blurted out

"What ?" I said looking at her

"No he's pulling another prank I se she dragged you into it very funny you two I'll go get that vest for you now ." I laughed

"We we're on a call I was about to get shot he thought I didn't have my vest on so he jumped in front of me to save me .... The bullet when straight threw his heart .. he was gone .." she said

"No ..no your joking Cmon where is he?" I said tears in my eyes

"He's gone t ... I'm sorry I couldn't do anything he's not coming home .." she said as I fell to the floor

"No...no..no ...Carlos ..ca- ca - Carlos !" I screamed as tears flowed down my face

"Shh it's okay .." v said rubbing my back

"I'm so sorry t .. I'm so sorry ." She said as I felt the tears roll down my face
