The rest of the team was in the kitchen just chilling I had to restock the truck since Nancy did it yesterday so I was getting all the supplies
I was having a okay day it wasn't bad until my breathing started pacing I blinked my eyes to block it out and tried to return to restocking until I wouldn't stop I started counting under my breath back from 100 in 3's what my therapist told me to do
"100,97 ,94,9-.." I mumbled under my breath stoping again I felt like I could hear my heart
"9.." I tried to say
I went to the bunk room dialing my dads number
It rang and rang rang
"Cmon dad ... pick up ... please ." I said sitting in my leg bouncing
"Please .." I said rubbing my face with my hands as it went to voicemail
"Dad please call me I think it's happening again I can't stop it ." I cried before hanging up
"Fuck ." I whispered under my breath
I felt a tap on my shoulder
"Hey take a breath ." Nancy said sitting next to me
"Okay let's play a game tell me the most annoying patients we have had this should be easy we have had to many of them ." Nancy said holding my hands squeezing them
"Um.. sticky lady .." I managed to get out
"Ahh right the gurl who had the whole truck sticky" She said
"Cmon I know you have more ."
"Glucose sally ." I said calming my breath
"Oo yeah the lady who we get calls form every week nice one ." She said rubbing my wrist
"That's it just take some breaths you'll be okay ." She said
"How did you know ?" I asked
"Your super strict with yourself from walking off from a task if it's not done .. and when you stormed upstairs I had a feeling something was wrong ."
"So everyone knows I'm guessing ? " I said picking my fingers
"Judd and me only noticed it everyone else was into the drama between Paul and Mateo accidentally kissing on a call he was about to run up after you and I told him that I would check on you ." She said
" I won't tell anyone else ." She said
"Thanks nance ." I said
"What are best friends for ?" She said rubbing my back
"Now get back to restocking that truck mister !" She said punching me
" okay captain ." I teased her
