-Chapter Four-

~Dreams POV~

I knew Ranboo couldn't control his teleporting, But what I didn't know what how much trouble it was gonna get us into..

We teleported 100 blocks above water... 'This is gonna hurt...' Was the only thoughts I could think. While we were falling I saw Ranboo trying to take his jacket off. I pushed it back on him. "You jacket will help with the impact!" I yelled so he could hear me, He nodded his head and put it back on. I will admit...I was scared. A fall from that high could kill a person.. And I wasn't ready to die.. And I couldn't let Ranboo die. So I instructed everything I could remember to help us..

"Try to go feet first into the water! And cross your ankles!" I did it so he would copy me. "Don't tense up! When we fall into the water stay loose until you get back to the surface! And keep your arms at your side." He nodded, We were only 20 blocks away from the water and I was praying for this to help.. 'If anything...Please let Ranboo live.' Was my last thought before we hit the water.

*Splash*

We went nearly 40 blocks deep under the water, I felt like I was about to pass out...I didn't have thick clothing..I just had the loose prison jumper. But I was okay.. Maybe a broken arm at most. I had accidentally flung my arm out when hitting the water. I had to stay awake so Ranboo wouldn't freak out, Ranboo was starting to tense up so I grabbed his shoulder. Once we stopped sinking, We swam up...Everything hurt.. Once we got to the top. I had to stop and breathe... I'm not gonna be able to swim back that fast.. "Ranboo...Swim back to shore, I'll be there soon. You'll get exhausted just sitting out here." I smiled but he just shook his head, He helped me with swimming... It still took nearly an hour to swim to shore. When we got there we just sat on the beach for a bit.

"Thank you Dream..."

I looked at Ranboo confused, Why would be thank me? He just broke me out of prison... And he's Thanking me?

"I didn't do anything though..." I said just above a whisper. Ranboo just laughed, He came over to me with his jacket and gave it to me. "I would have died without you. I didn't know any of that stuff. You also gave me water protection!" He giggled out.

Ranboo motioned for me to use his jacket as a sling for my arm that was hanging limp at my side. 'I didn't have water protection on me... And I can't perform magic when i'm this weak... I won't be able to for a while...' As I was tying the jacket around the back of my neck. "Do you have any clue where we are?" Ranboo asked, I looked at him and raised my eyebrow.

"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" I chuckled and so did Ranboo. I laid back on the sand, And to my surprise Ranboo came and sat right next to me. Everyone got messed up on this server...All because I made a stupid deal.

"So. The...Voice...in my head. Your voice. It isn't your voice? It's...'Lucid'?" I mean...Might as well start a conversation while we're lost. Why not.

"Yeah..." Was all I managed to say.. What do I even say? Oh I made a deal with a dreamon when I was 5 and ive never been able to get rid of it.

"That's all your gonna say? 'Yeah' Dream this is serious I thought I was going insane!" He cried out, this is only me feel more guilty... Which I probably am.. Maybe I should Have stayed in that prison... I would have died sooner or later.

My prey instincts were trying to take control...One side of them were telling me to run. The other was looking for comfort even if they don't like me. But I refused my instincts which only hurt me..

"Look..I don't know what to say! I was dumb and made a deal. And everyone here is paying the consequences! Including me."

After that we stayed quiet... It was pretty tense.
