Chapter 13: The Day Will Come

Ginny POV:
The next 3 days went really slow, we couldn't use the oven at all, we got an owl back from Dumbledoor saying eh and the others we lost would love to come. I slept in with Harry on Thursday. The others won't be arriving until 1. I woke up, Harry as usual staring into my eyes, he always did when he woke up first, "haha morning handsome" I said still him lying on me, "morning beautiful" he said kissing me, I looked at my clock it was only 10, "we still have time, want a morning cuddle?" I asked him smirking, "thought you'd never ask" he said kissing me, we stayed in abed a bit, "come on we'd better get up" I told him, "yeah yeah, pass me my glasses Gin" he said pointing to the bedside table, I picked them up, I put them on his nose, they were a bit crooked, he laughed whilst I fixed them, "thanks" he said getting out of bed "sure thing babe" I told him getting up also, he grinned, I was wearing short shorts and a baggy shirt to bed, I looked down, "what?" I asked going to the mirror and brushing my long red hair, "you're beautiful" he said standing behind me and putting his arms around my waist "you say that everyday" I said I said looking at him over my shoulder, I rolled my eyes, "you get that more beautiful everyday" he said kissing my cheek, "you're so cheesy" I said turning around before kissing him. We stayed there kissing for a bit Fred walked in, "you getting up-?" He said before seeing us "Whoo! Harry and Gin getting some lip lock!" He joked, we pulled apart quickly, "get out!" I said chucking a pillow at him, it went right through him, him being a ghost, "ha! I'm a ghost!" He said "Fred!!!" I cried pointing at the door, "fine, keep your pants on" he said "and next time knock!" I said closing the door, "we better get down anyway" said Harry pulling me out my door. "Come on" i said running down the stairs, mum was running about tidying "mum why are you tidying so frantically?" I asked she rushed about like the world was ending, "Dumbledoor, Cedric, Amos, Lupin, Tonks and The
Creevey's are coming over!" She said, she made us all tidy like crazy until they arrived. Finall there was a knock on the door, "hello" I said opening the door, "hello Ginny" said Dumbledoor bowing in a polite way on the doorstep, "Professor Dumbledoor, come in" I said stepping out of the way so he could come in, "Professor" said Harry running into the kitchen "Harry" said Dumbledoor, he held out his hand but then took it back again, "forgot about that, won't be a problem for too long nevertheless" he said stepping in, "heh" Harry chuckled, tehre was another knock on the door as I started to close the door, it was Amos Diggory and Cedric, "hello there Harry" said Cedric merrily "Cedric how,s the life of a ghost?" Harry joked I hit his arm "oww what?" He said i hatred at him, "I hear you have the cure of death for my son" said Amos as the walked in too, "we do think so Sir, but we'll have Fred check it out first to make sure it's ok" Harry said, "sensible boy Harry is" Dumbledoor told Amos, soon Lupin, Tonks, Dobby too, and the Creevey's had arrived, Sirius of course too. "Harry my boy!" Said Sirius walking in happily, "hey Sirius!" Said Harry happily, "right well if everyone's here lets get our show on the road" said Fred loudly, "ok, dear you go first be careful, only a vial full mind!" Said mum, Fred dipped his vial into the thick purple mixture, it was a dark purple a very dirty shade. "Here how's nothing, what have I got to loose, I'm already dead!" Fred joked raising the vial to his lips, he tilted back his head and drank the mixture, we all watched curiously. For a few seconds nothing happened "oh well s-" Fred started to say, he coughed and doubled over "Fred! Are you ok?" Asked Mum worriedly, he started retching, he collapsed onto the floor quivering and shaking, she stopped and got up, he had turned pale, but then his eyes widened, he had a redish orangey yellowey aura around him for a second, then it died down, "well, did it work?" Asked Amos impatiently "I don't know one sec" he said turning to Ron he gave him a hard poke in the arm, "oww" he said rubbing his arm "I'm alive!!" He said happily grinning crazily. "My boy!" Mum cried she ran forward hugging him, "I'm back mum" he said she was crying on his shoulder so happily, "I'll hug you lot later, we need to help our friends!" He said to us, "grab a vial and take a sip" he said handing around a box of vials, people walked forward dipping the vial into the horrible mixture, lots of retching could be heard then a lot of people fell to the floor as Fred did, then they stood up again. Cedric tightly, "it worked Harry!" You could hear Sirius cry as he hugged his grandson tight, "I'm alive!" Lupin and Tonks said "Mr Harry Potter! Dobby is back!" The little house elf said. Some of them said their thank you's and went off yo spread the news of their being brought to life. It was just us the Weasley's, Harry, Hermione, Sirius, Dumbeldoor and Dobby, "so how's it to be alive again?" Harry asked Dumbledoor and Sirius, "well better than being dead" said Sirius, we laughed, "I missed you all" said Harry, "Dobby does not have anywhere to go now, Dobby will sleep on park bench" Dobby said sadly, "thank you so much Harry Potter Sir, for bringing Dobby alive" Dobby said his big eyes watering with joy, Dobby turned to leave, "wait Dobbie! Umm excuse me Professor would it be ok if I had an animal exception?" Harry asked, "of course, it's the least I could do" said Dumbledoor, "you can live with me now Dobbie, if that's ok with you Mrs Weasley?" Asked Harry, "of course dear" said Mrs Weasley, "you mean Harry Potter my master?" Asked Dobby, "no well kind of you'll be free I may ask you to do the odd job for me and I will give you fresh clothes" said Harry "oh thank you Harry Potter!" Said Dobby hugging Harry's leg, "but I will pick out your clothes" said Harry, "yes of course Harry Potter!" Said Dobby, "uhh, Dobby its just Harry" said Harry grinning, "yes... Harry" said Dobby Harry ruffled his few strands of hair. Dumbledoor and Sirius and the others were lightly chatting, "I better get to Grimmauld Place, I've made it actually pretty cosy, feel free to drop by whenever" said Sirius we nodded he apparated, "I'll get back to Hogwarts then" said Dumbledoor, "wait- you live at Hogwarts?" I asked "well, yes, Hogwarts is my home" he said winking, I laughed, "mind if I use your fireplace?" He asked "not at all" said Fred and George leading him to the living room, Dumbledoor had taken a sample of the potion for Snape who was unable to come. Fred came back in grinning "family hug" he said we all hugged and it was nice, "I'd definitely miss not getting to see you grow up sis" he said hugging me specifically, I laughed and hugged him tighter, "I love you all" he said kissing the top of my head sweetly. "Me and Harry will make a bed in my room for Dobby" I announced getting some sheets from the cupboard, "okay" mum said "thank you so much Miss Ginny Weasley" Dobby said following us upstairs, "just Ginny or Gin" I said "okay... Ginny" he said we walked into my room, Harry chucked me my spare pillow form my cupboard, I lay down a few sheet on the sofa and positioned the pillow so Dobby would be comfortable tonight. "Here you are Dobby" I said patting the sofa appreciatively, "thanks you Harry, Ginny" he said "ooh one second, I'll be right back" I said running out I burst into Ron's room I gagged, he tidied up because Hermione made him but it still reeked off socks and sweat, I dug in a box in the bottom of his messy wardrobe there were a few clothes from when he was a baby, jeans and a checked shirt. I ran back with them, "try these on" I told Dobby chucking them at him, he put them on their were perfect and adorable "thank you" he said crying with joy. I smiled, "thank you" Harry said standing up, he'd been kneeling down talking to Dobby, "no problem Baby" I told him kissing him quickly. All of us spent the day together messing around, talking, hugging and watching Wiz TV. It was a goodday...
