"Mason wants to talk to you." Declan drags him across his legs.
"Uhm, no, i don't." He gets loose from Declan's grip.
Hailey stares at the two, almost laughing at the fact she knows exactly what Mason wants to say, but he won't. "Spit it out then."
Neither of them speak, just silently staring at each other, as if they were having a conversation silently.
"Come on, i'm going home soon."
"Why are you going home?" Dec asks, almost sounding offended.
"Because, i've seen you too much and i'm going out tomorrow."
"Out with who?" Mason interrupts.
"Maura. Can you both stop being weird and just tell me."
"It doesn't matter." Mason eventually replies.
"Okay, well i'm going home. Do you want me to take you home, Mason?"
"Nah, i'll stay here." He shakes his head.
Hailey nods, giving them both a hug before leaving Declan's house with a wave.
Hailey loves Mason but, she's thankful that he won't admit anything, purely because she loves their friendship now, and if they happened to ever get together then broke up, that would be extremely awkward.
Maybe one day in the future, he will be, but that's not now.
Mason has a career, Hailey has a career and shes sure they both want to be moving forward.
Hailey has no time for a boyfriend, she's spending time with her friends, working, studying since she doesn't want to be doing this job forever.
It would have to take someone special to change her mind, having a friend is different than a boyfriend. Way different.
She settles down with a sigh, ending her day.
Hailey meets Maura and takes a picture with her to update her instagram, considering i haven't in days and at the moment, it's pretty much her job to post a photo, modelling the brands outfits.

"Hailey, i have a surprise." Maura squeals, locking her arm around her best friends.
"Oh, lord. What is it?" Her tone much less enthusiastic than Maura, knowing it will be something stupid.
"I cant tell you now, you're gonna have to wait." She walks them through the doors to a cafe type building.
