Jack sits on Hailey's couch, looking uncomfortable, making it almost painful to watch.

"You're acting like you've never been here before." She points out him sitting on the very edge.

Jack laughs, sitting further back and resting his arms over the back, he looks at Hailey as if for confirmation.

"Better." She nods, taking herself into the kitchen to get them some drinks for the movie.

"What movie?" Jack asks, Hailey looks as if he's stupid.

Although Hailey only just watched it the night before, watching it again never hurt anyone, right?

"Captain America?" Jack asks, grinning.

"Obviously."

Hailey takes the remote, making herself comfortable on the sofa, crossing her legs over each other.

She switches through the apps, getting to Disney+ and playing the movie.

"I haven't watched this in so long." Jack adds, looking over to the girl beside him. "Since us two last watched it."

Hailey laughs as the intro plays.

Jack would do anything to be able to hug her again, rest his head on her chest while she plays with his hair or the other way around.

The only person who has been allowed to touch Jacks hair properly is Hailey, he enjoyed the way she would massage his scalp, it being very therapeutic and relaxing, especially after an exhausting game.

The two of them watch the movie, just like they used to do.

After the movie finishes, they rub their eyes, Jack stands up from the sofa.

"I'll go now, i wouldn't want to be annoying."

"You're not being annoying." Hailey replies, smiling slightly at the boy.

Almost as if on cue, Declan and Mason walk straight through the door.

"Haile-" Declan shouts, stopping once he sees the pair in the living room. "Hailey?"

"Hey.." She leads off.

"Hey, Jack." Declan says, patting him on the shoulder.

"Hi." Jack replies, nodding his head at the two. "I was just going anyway. See you tomorrow."

Mason still stands in the doorway, closing the door behind Jack, waving him off.

The pair of them sit on Hailey's couch, next to her.

"You have no boundaries, do you?" Hailey eventually says, staring at the two.

"Nope. Anyways, want to explain?" Declan prods his sister.

"Nothing happened."

"What was you watching?" He takes the remote, the name of the movie popping up. "Ah, only both of your favourite movie."

"So? Nothing happened, Declan."

"Ay, don't go all Declan on me. I'm only asking."

Mason eventually takes himself over to the couch, sitting down and pulling out his phone.

"How have you both become like best friends again?" Mason questions, almost laughing.

"I don't know." Hailey shrugs, genuinely unsure of the reason.

"Don't rush things again." Declan says, giving some real advice for once.

"Why are you here, by the way?"
