Hailey hasn't seen Jack in a few days, she hasn't seen anyone, the only person she's been with is Maura, which was for a shoot.

But, yet again, it's game day.

Ukraine v England.

Hailey has got her England shirt on, already in the crowd waiting for it to begin.

To skip the whole game description, as we've all heard it many times.

England win, yet again.

4-0.

Hailey runs onto the pitch, Jack being the first person she comes across, without a second thought, she jumps straight into his arms, legs wrapping around his torso.

Jack takes a step or two back, adjusting to the impact.

He laughs into her ear. "Go hug Dec."

She is put back onto the floor, finding Declan running along the sidelines, she gets in his way, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Oh, Hailey, i'm so happy." He practically shouts.

"I'm so proud of you." She replies.

"I saw you hug Jack, i want you to tell me everything. But, thank you."

"God, you're really like a teenage girl aren't you."

Hailey sees the flash of cameras around them, capturing their moment, she'll surely see those all over later.

Declan lets go, finding some of his friends to celebrate with, she turns around, seeing Jack not a too far distance, but talking to Ben.

He spots Hailey, smiling at her before turning back, ending his conversation with a pat on Ben's shoulder.

They meet in the middle, a hug bringing them together, forgetting about the hundreds in the crowd.

"I didn't play." Jack laughs.

"Should've." Hailey replies simply, putting a grin on Jack's face.

Hailey goes home after congratulating everyone, them now going to celebrate their victory, she was invited but wasn't feeling up to it so decides going home is her best option. Besides, it should just be the boys.

In the morning, she wakes up to a message from Jack, asking her if he can take her on a date today, just for dinner.

She replies, obviously saying yes, Jack sends her a time, telling her to be ready for then and he'll pick her up.

Hailey smiles to herself, picking out her outfit, going through endless options.

She decides on wearing a dress Jack used to love, the one he always used to admire and appreciate when she'd wear it.

He likes the slit on the leg and how it fits perfectly on her body.

The clock hits 6:15 and Jack knocks on Hailey's door, she practically jumps down the stairs, the best she can in heels anyway.

Once she opens the door Jack's eyes widen, looking at her outfit.

"Want a picture?" She asks sarcastically, raising her brow.

"Yeah." Jack laughs, taking a step back and snapping a picture of her, smiling to himself as he looks over it. "My favourite dress."

"That's why i wore it." She locks the door, walking past Jack straight to his car.

His tongue grazes across his lip while he watches her walk, until she stops, turning around to look at him.

"Are you going to watch me all day?" Hailey questions, Jack walks up to the car, getting into the drivers seat and making their way to the restaurant.

"You look nice." Hailey compliments.

"I do? Look at you."

Heat rises to Hailey's cheeks, them becoming pigmented.

Once they arrive, they're guided to their seats and brought menus.

"You can never do a normal date, can you?" Hailey smiles, looking at Jack across from her.

"What do you mean?"

"This is like, fancy."

"Why would i do something not 'fancy', if i can do something nice?" He puts inverted commas around fancy. Hailey shrugs, not really having a reply.

Jack orders them a bottle of wine to drink over the meal, he drinks a small bit, not being too fond on it but after her pleads he gives in.

They order their food, talking amongst themselves.

"So, you know, if we ever were to maybe uh, like, get back together." Jack stammers.

"Uh, yeah..."

"Do you think it would last?"

"I do."

"Really?"

"Well yeah, i wouldn't say it if i didn't." She laughs.

The food is brought over to them, they eat it while just making conversation with each other.

It doesn't die down, the conversation stays alive and interesting for hours, ending when they leave, only to transition into another one.

As they exit, Jack's arm is slung around her shoulder, small droplets of rain begin to fall, pretty much forcing the pair to have a slight jog in their pace into the sheltered car.

Rain begins falling heavier now, now that they've arrived at Hailey's, they throw each other a look, both of them getting out of the car.

They stand in the rain for a minute, letting it fall over their heads before actually arriving at Hailey's doorstep.

Jack looks down at her lips, debating what his next move should be.

He decides to lean in, giving her a kiss on her cheek, his beard slightly scratching her face.

"Not rushing things." He winks.

Hailey groans, but a smile still present against her cheeks. "Thank you, for tonight."

Jack smiles down at the girl.

"Are you coming in?" She questions, the rain continuing to drench them. "I mean, it could maybe be dangerous driving in this."

"You're smooth." He chuckles sarcastically, but regardless, taking her hand and allowing her to lead him inside. "Hailey, i don't have any clothes, i'm gonna ruin your sofa."

Jack's hair is now over his face, making him appear more attractive, the gel practically being washed out and his hair wet, dripping.

"You do." Hailey laughs, revealing some of Jack's clothes she still has. "I did contemplate burning them, but didn't."

"You was going to burn my clothes?"

"Yeah." She takes her own clothes, going to change in a separate room, leaving Jack to rifle though his spares.

After she's finished changing, she walks back into her room, Jack only half dressed, unfolding a hoodie.

She looks at him for a minute, before turning away.

"I saw that." He shouts after her, tugging it over his head walking down the stairs.
