"What about you? What did you get on your essay?" Areum spoke towards her phone that was lying on the bed.

Jungkook was on the other side of the call, on speaker since Areum's hands were occupied with folding the clean laundry she just finished washing in the dorm washeteria then had to haul the heavy bag back up to her room by herself since Ji was still in class.

"Hundred" He finally answered back after a minute had passed. They had been talking about the essay that was due a couple of days ago for their history class, though they don't share this class, they do have the same professor. Grades had finally been posted today and Jungkook had called to see what score she received because he knew she was worried about her grade on the subject, but now he just sounded distracted.

Areum didn't have to wonder too hard about what was distracting him from their conversation because the sound of slight clicking continued. She knew Jungkook was playing some game on his PlayStation and she figured it must be a difficult match because she could also hear the aggressive way he was handling the controller and the few words he kept mutter to himself like "shit" or "crap!".

"Of course you got a hundred" She grumbled teasingly. Jungkook was very smart, she learned that early on when she found out most of the classes he was taking were pretty advance for a freshman, which explained why they shared a lot of professors but that also could be because they're both studying for business degrees at the moment.

It seemed everyone was curious and fascinated about the freshman frat boy taking sophomore classes, especially the professors! Areum had never witnessed a teacher having a favorite student before! But it was likely, Jungkook was favorited by most of the professors simply for his eagerness to learn and perfect grades. It wasn't a total shock Jungkook had also aced this essay with flying colors. Regretfully, she couldn't say the same about herself with her 64% score.

Are you sure you don't want to call me back?" Areum asked when the sound of a shooting gun came loudly through her phone speaker. She couldn't help but laugh when he didn't answer back this time clearly, his full attention was now on his game and she almost hung up to leave him be but before she could even pick up her cell to end the call, Jungkook's voice interrupted her actions.

"No! Sorry" He shouted sheepishly then all the background noise from his side stopped. "I thought I could call you real quick before the match started but as soon as you answered, Tae started the game"

"Tae? You guys are talking again?" Areum asked, confusion was clear in her tone.

When they had returned from their trip two weeks ago, Jungkook had mentioned he and his brother weren't exactly on the best of terms after Areum had witnessed the awkward and tense atmosphere around the two brothers that Tuesday morning when all of their friends had met up for coffee at the usual coffee shop and sat at their usual table to relax before heading off to class. It wasn't hard to notice neither brother hadn't spoken one word to one another and they didn't even look at each other!

It also seemed Jungkook didn't catch his usual ride with Taehyung and Jimin that morning either because Jungkook had walked in a few minutes later than the two friends. Areum had guessed he walked to campus instead because his cheeks were slightly flushed and he had a layer of sweat across his face. She figured it must have been a bad disagreement if they were changing their routine that had been in place since the first day of school.
