S E V E N T E E N

It was definitely too early for Taehyung to be up right now, but he was in desperate need for some water and aspirin for the major hangover he was currently suffering from.

His feet padded across the cold wooden floor as he made his way down the stairs and into the kitchen. He wasn't even sure when or how they had gotten home yesterday, the last thing he remembers was laying in the sand and enjoying the view of the stars in the sky.

But he didn't question it too much, all he knew was when he had woken up and saw the top of someone's head sticking out from under the blanket sleeping next to him.

He almost gave himself a pat on the back for being able to still charm some girl to come home with him even though he must of been blacked out drunk by then because he had no recollection of meeting any blonde haired girl at the beach yesterday.

But when the figure had turned over to face towards him and nudged the blanket off of their face, he nearly shouted and fell out of the bed at the familiar sight of his passed out best friend, Jimin.

He had muttered a few curses when he stood up, wondering why the hell he was asleep in Jimin's bed. His question was answered when he had turned around and spotted Yoongi and his cousin crashed out on his bed on the other side of the room.

Entering the kitchen, he quickly realized he wasn't the only one up this early. 'Wait, what time is it anyways?' He thought to himself while walking over to the cabinet they usually kept all the vitamins and medicine tablets in.

"You look like absolutes shit" His fellow frat brother laughed out, Justin was his name. A British, 5'10 football player with curly black hair and huge over dramatic muscles. He looked intimidating but was actually a pretty laid back guy.

"Yeah, feel like it too" Taehyung grumbled before throwing the two tablets into his mouth and downed them with a sip from his bottled water. "What time is it?" He asked.

"About to be nine I think" Justin replied while flipping over the pancake he was cooking.

"Nine?! A.M? How are you up this early, willingly?"

"I've actually been up since four in the morning and trust me, it wasn't willingly"

Justin turned off the stove since his food was done cooking and started to plate it, He even offered some to Taehyung but he declined, feeling a bit nauseous.

"I wonder if there's some way I can soundproof my room but have it work the opposite way. Like, have no noise coming from outside of the room"

"There probably is a way to do that but why would you want that? One of your neighbors being too loud?" Taehyung thought for a moment about who was next to Justin's room.

"Oh shit, you're next to Namjoon right? Dude I definitely understand why you would want to block out any noise. Sometimes I can even hear him and Ji all the way from my room!" Taehyung exclaimed. 'Poor Justin!' He thought.

"Yeah, Namjoon is definitely one of the people I have to talk to about bringing someone home and being so loud that apparently the whole house can hear"

"One of the people? Who else is keeping you up?!" Taehyung wasn't one for gossip but he definitely wanted to know who else was bringing girls home and being annoyingly loud about it.

"Your brother" was all he said but Taehyung choked mid drink before collecting himself and asking.

"My brother?" Justin nodded but Taehyung still couldn't believe him. "My little brother Jungkook?" He asked again and Justin laughed.

"Why is that so surprising?"

"I mean, we usually don't talk about that stuff with each other but last I heard, he had one, one night stand when he first got here. After that I've never even seen him bring a girl home! I know he went on a date or something but apparently that went nowhere..."

"Well last night told a different story, I literally had to bang on his door and yell for them to stop fucking so loud! I couldn't even fall asleep after, so I just stayed up" He shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal now but Taehyung continued to stare at him like he had grown two heads.

"That doesn't sound like Jungkook but I'll talk to him for you if you want? He might freak out if you try talk to him and he thinks he's in trouble" Taehyung offered but truthfully, he just wanted to see if what Justin had said was true and also if the girl was still here.

Justin agreed that might be best, so Taehyung headed upstairs fully expected Jungkook to still be crashed out since apparently he had a long night last night but when he had knocked on his brothers door, it opened not even a second later.

But it wasn't Jungkook.
