Ji could easily tell by the look on Areum's face that the talk with her teacher most likely didn't go exactly as Areum had planned. When Areum had walked into the cafe with a frustrated frown on her face, Ji wouldn't have been surprised if there was a dark cloud shooting lightning on top of her best friend's head, but there was no cloud. Instead, Areum's brown locks tied into a messy bun that sat on the crown of her head and bared face because she woke up extra early in hopes to talk to Professor Choi before classes started.

Areum's sour mood was even more obvious when instead of walking right over to the counter to order her coffee like she usually does. She instead dragged her feet over to their table and flopped herself into the empty chair in between Ji and Yoongi, then buried her face in her hands while massaging her temples. Proving Ji's theory right.

"I take it talking to professor Choi didn't go as well as you'd hoped?" Ji hesitantly asked. She wasn't sure if it was okay to ask questions yet or if Areum was wanting to wait until after they were both back in their dorm at the end of the day to talk about it.

"Not at all" Areum groaned, " I thought she would just let me have my essay back and I could fix up my mistakes for the few points I need for a passing grade but instead..." Areum broke off as she shrugged off her backpack and reached inside her bag to pull out a small stack of papers. " She gave me three worksheets that are twelve questions each!" She slapped her papers onto the table so Ji, Namjoon, and Yoongi could see she wasn't lying or exaggerating.

"All this just for six more points!?" Namjoon spoke in disbelief as he grabbed the papers and went through them himself. Ji was peaking over his shoulder to check out the worksheets as well before he handed them over to Yoongi who also wanted to see them.

"Apparently my overall grade in history is not as good as I thought. Final grades for this semester are being put in by the end of the day on Monday, so I have to get this all done by Monday morning if I want to pass this class at all"  Areum cringed as she thought about how she was going to spend her whole weekend buried in her history books.

"These are all about the civil war. This shouldn't be too hard" Yoongi commented as he handed Areum back all the papers, but Areum scoffed at Yoongi's words. Easy for him maybe.

"Not everyone has a photographic memory like you"

"I don't have a photographic memory!" Yoongi assured with an offended glare.

"I think it's more like selective photographic memory because for some reason he can recall all 49 states in the U.S but can't remember he promised to help me with my algebra homework!" Ji sarcastically added in with her own glare at Yoongi.

"Okay first of all there are 50 states in the U.S! And second, it's not my fault you asked me when I was three beers in that night!"

"Oh!" Areum suddenly had a bright idea. "Can you please help me tonight! Or tomorrow? I'll pay for your coffee all next week!" Areum tried to bribe Yoongi with puppy dog eyes as well.

"As much as I would love to spend my Friday night doing homework..." He gave a brief sympathetic smile before continuing with his excuse, "I have work all weekend, so no time for tutoring lessons anytime soon. Sorry"

Areum waved off his apology and assured him it was fine. She was just going to have to figure this out on her own, it shouldn't be too hard but for some reason when it came to school-related information, it felt like everything went into one ear and came out the other! Maybe she can find a last-minute tutor? Or maybe even ask Jungkook? No, that wouldn't work because they probably wouldn't be able to focus... Okay, she wouldn't be able to focus... She should've just asked him after class, but he seemed like he was in a rush, it was probably a good thing she didn't bother him with silly things like this.
