Once she'd gotten settled with candles, writing out the mis-adventure with Magellan, a knock came to the door.
"Enter,"
The door slowly opened as Amberosia entered with a silver tray for her.
"So glad you're back."
"Me too, sit and have a cup."
"I'd love to, thanks." She replied, taking a seat after pouring two mugs full.
"Anything happen while I was away?"
"Yes and I hope you won't be upset."
"What happened?"
"I used my best judgement.."
"Tell me, now."
"Do you remember the gargoyle, Ludwig?"
"Why?"
"His punishment is over but he can't be in Galderia, by the guardian council."
"I adopted him, giving him one of the smaller caves, several away from Soranto's."
"It's fine."
"You mean it?"
"Yes, he's not your pet... Ludwig is your familiar."
"Thank you, miss."
"Always." She replied, downing the first cup .
