Are you there god? It's me, trainwreck.

God, if you're listening,

I've got a thing or two

To say about the things lately

That you've put me through...

And if there is a heaven,

There's no open gate for me,

I'm a woman blinded by the sun,

Spent my life trying to see.

I've been around, and back again,

There's nothing worth my while.

Just hours filled with misery,

Later, days spent in denial.

Angels, please, where are you now?

Have you all dissapeared?

I'm trapped in my own mind again,

The fogginess won't clear.

Guardians have failed me,

Fairies long-since left,

My childhood's been whisked away

Some kind of heartless theft.

So, please, answer my prayers for once,

Oh, lord, send me a sign,

Let me know this endless life

Will be worth my time.
