I am an abberation

Always fraught with dread

An appalling creation

Brazen and misread

A target for disdain

Piercing arrows shoot

Upon me they will rain

Pain now a pursuit

Home is insanity

A whirlpool of fright

Collection of profanity

Avoid the blinding light

Me you can't define

Labels are digression

Running out of time

Must quench this obsession

Will this go away?

This pool of affliction

My strength will decay

Every contradiction

My face is unfamiliar

When I catch a glance

In this truth-telling mirror

As if I'm in a trance

Who am I?
