Deku's Pov

Recovery Girl had just finished healing everything when Uraraka burst into the room. Seeing me with my shirt off, she blushed and turned away. I turned towards Iida and asked, "How'd your match go?" He looked at me and smiled a bit. "It went good. I won pretty quickly. I used my quirk to speed towards Ibari and push her out of bounds." I nodded. "That means your up against me next." He smiled gently and turned to Uraraka. "By the way," Iida said, dropping his smile and his voice getting serious, "How did you get all of those scars and burns?" I sighed, knowing this was coming. "I can't tell you." I said, purposefully looking down in my lap and making my eyes water. Iida started panicking and Uraraka looked up. "It's okay, Deku." She said, pulling me into a hug, "You don't have to tell us until you're comfortable." I smiled up at her and threw my shirt on. "Well, I have to go watch some more fights." I said, walking out of the room. Iida and Uraraka fall in step behind me.

I sat down just in time to see Mina thrown into the walls surrounding the arena. Midnight announced Tokoyami's win and heroes peeled Mina from the wall. She groaned loudly and was taken to Recovery Girl's office on a stretcher. I chuckled a bit, confusing Uararaka and Iida, but I ignored their strange looks. I saw who was up next and smiled. The smile that spread across my face was only slightly less dangerous than the smile I wore when I am toying with prey. I giggled maniacally, though not very loud, and I felt a happy blush spread across my face. If someone had veen paying attention to my face, I'd say I most likely looked like a certain blond-haired League member when she finds a new toy. I saw Iida, who was to my left, and Uraraka, who was on my right, look at me with concern. I paid no mind and turned my attention to the fighters, Kacchan and Kirishima. Such an interesting match. I can't predict the outcome.

I watched the match below me, filled with excitement. In my face sat a small, twisted smile. The entire crowd roared as Kacchan threw another huge explosion towards Kirishima. The explosion hit and, once again, Kirishima came out unscathed. Kirishima got in close, punching Kacchan in the stomach. Kacchan kneeled a bit before standing up and throwing another explosion. I chuckled in exitement, not knowing if Kacchan would wreck his hands first or if Kirishima's quirk would fail first. Then, Kirishima started to crack. He's losing his hardening. I sighed and continued watching the match.

Kirishima's Pov

I have to finish this match quickly. I could feel my hardening slipping. I tried to get in close to Bakugo but he blew off another explosion. His palms were red and starting to bleed. He's running out of time too. I got in close and hardened my fist. Punching him in the stomach again, I brought my knee to his side. He stumbled to the left before he turned around and fired off explosion after explosion. Pain engulfed my body as my hardening gave out. I flew backwards from the force, landing out of the ring.

Disappointment flooded through my veins. Kirishima put up a good fight, but it was missing something. Death. I huffed, realizing why I was so upset and hating myself for it. I'm no better than the League. I dropped my head in my lap before I left my seat. I headed towards the snack stalls. We had another break to prepare ourselves for the 3rd round. I started walking around, lost in thought. At some point, I walked out of the arena and into the parking lot. I snapped out of my thoughts to see a group of people standing in front of me. They blinked at me in unison, then I blinked back. One of the group memebers had something that looked like a bomb in their hands while the other group members held a bunch of wires. I immediately recognized one of the group members as a member of the League and got in an offensive position. I quickly but carefully took the bomb out of the League members' hands before the group had any time to react. My movement snapped the group out of thought and they started pulling on the wires. "Don't!" Shouted the female that had previously been holding the bomb. "It'll explode!" The other members dropped the wires, not wanting to be blown to bits. There were 5 people in total. Renki Tamabuda, the female that was holding the bomb, Shima Dotodami, male, Shane Dimoto, female, Chibata Kokomori, male, and Kori gamene, also male. Their quirks are in the order their names are listed; Spiral, Time-stopper, Weapons Master, Lizard (mutant type), and Cane.

I moved towards Dotodami, his quirk being the most problematic. It allowed him to stop time for 1 minute, forcing everything in his area to stop moving as well. I punched him in the stomach and he bent over. I dodged as Dimoto and Gamene charged me, making them bump into each other. I quickly grabbed Gamene's head and twisted. His neck made a satisfying, sickening crack as the others turned to look at me. I smiled my cinnamon roll smile and said, "Oops." I saw 2 of the others staring in shock as the other 2 shook violently. Dimoto even started throwing up. I moved towards Dotodami again and he activated his quirk. Suddenly, I dropped to the ground in immense pain. A smile stretched across my face as I picked myself up off of the ground. I felt my rib crack and I knew it was broken. My smile turned vicious and it widened. I moved so fast that you could mistake my movements for a speed quirk. Another sickening crack, and Dotodami was on the floor. I looked towards the remaining 3, Kokomori, Tamabuda, and Dimoto, and smiled. Charging again, I ran towards Tamabuda. Her quirk allows her to spin anything rapidly as long as she looks at it for a significant amount of time. I grabbed a handful of sand and threw it in her eyes. She screamed and blinked rapidly. I moved behind her and snapped her neck too.

Kokomori was pretty easy to defeat, but Dimoto was giving me a little trouble. Her quirk let her master any weapon she touched for an hour. She swung a knife at my throat and I leaned backwards. We danced like this for a few minutes before she launched herself at my arm. She slashed open a large gash on my arm, starting out in the middle of my upper arm and going down to my elbow. I hissed and ran towards her again, swinging myself around to kick the weapon out of her hand. She gasped and scrambled for it. I smirked at her mistake and stomped on her back. "You left yourself exposed." I said, breaking her neck. After her body stopped squirming, I laughed at the scene in front of me. "Bodies found in Hero Arena parking lot. That'll be an interesting headline." I said to myself. I dinked around with the bomb, finding a flammable chemical. I leaked it onto the bodies and lit it with the sparks of two stones colliding, smiling as I watch my disturbing bonfires.
