"Do you think she's warm enough?" Peter turned to me and asked, as he tugged her under her tiny duvet. I chuckled and faintly shook my head at his paranoia of not getting it all right.

"Peter, she's wearing a sweater and a fuzzy bear onesie. I think we'll be fine." I turned to check if we were missing anything, but Peter tugged on the cuff of my sleeve, still staring at her.

"No, but what if it starts snowing?" He asked. Rolling my eyes, I turned to the crib and picked her up in my arms. I nuzzled my nose onto hers and she started laughing. It was so cute, I could've bottled the sound up and kept it forever. Peter adjusted the little baby carrier strapped to his chest and I began putting her in it.

"See Maya, you're comfortable here, right?" I carefully said as Peter made the seat a little more comfortable for her.

"Did you pack the bottles?"

"Peter-"

"And what about an extra blanket? Just in case!"

"Honey!" Both my hands were on his cheeks, forcing him to focus directly on me. He sighed and I shot him a comforting smile. "Stop worrying so much. You're an amazing father. Just breathe."

His jaws tensed. Not that I could see it, but I could feel it. "That's what I said to you in the labor room and you chugged your soda at me." I couldn't help but let out a chuckle at the memory. He couldn't either.

"I know." I leaned my head up to his and loosened his tensed up jaws instantly, by letting my lips move against his. He was always ready for me to kiss him, and the other way around. "You're beating yourself up over nothing. I love you and let's face it... if you could handle me giving birth, you can definitely handle a baby." I snickered and kissed him again.

"You're right." He grabbed my hand and I grabbed the bag on our way out. Maya was wearing gloves, but Peter and I didn't need them, as we were warming each other's hands. Peter was right, it started snowing halfway to Natasha and Bucky's apartment. "Did you bring her hat?"

"On it." I had already found her little winter hat and handed it to Peter. He brushed his thumb caressingly against her cheek as he placed the hat on her head. His satisfied smile when it sat just right, made me warm up inside. "May would've been so proud, you know." I said and put my hand behind his neck. He smiled. I placed a little kiss on his cheek before we moved on and soon reached Nat and Bucky's apartment.

"Oh god, It's been so long." Nat had the biggest smile on her face when she opened the door and saw Peter and I outside the door. She embraced me in a big hug and was just about to do the same to Peter when she remembered our baby. "And this is the first time we've met." She leaned her head down to Maya and shook her teeny hand, while smiling uncontrollably. "She is so beautiful."

"Thanks Nat. Where's Bucky?" Peter asked, looking over her shoulder and further into the apartment.

"Oh he's in there with the others." She moved a step away from the doorframe and gestured us inside. We took off our outdoor clothes and was lit up by all the Christmas lights hung up in the apartment. They had carpet floor and a comfy warmth in the apartment that made you feel at home even though you were at someone else's place.

We walked into their big living room, Peter with Maya in his arms. They were all there, chatting and laughing with each other. "Heyy!" They all cheered and smiled brightly when they noticed us. We hadn't seen any of them since Maya came along, since they were all really busy and to be honest we had been busy too. I had started a new job and Peter was still taking care of the city as Spiderman. Maya got tons of compliments and Tony couldn't wait to be the first one to hold her. "There you go." Peter whispered calmly as he handed her to Tony.

"I can't believe you two are parents." Thor chuckled, with his nephew in his lap. "It feels like yesterday, you threw a knife at my face." He was covering Lila's ears as he added the last sentence.

"I remember that brother." Loki entered the room and Lila lightened up. Thor's son was sitting on his shoulders and Loki's wife was next to him. "I must say you deserved it." He smiled playfully at his brother and sat down next to him, exchanging children to the right parent.

We all turned our heads as Tony was suddenly talking. "You are an absolute angel." He was holding Maya up in the air, playing with her. He suddenly realized we were looking at him, when silence filled the room. "Oh save the stares, I'm practically her grandpa." He winked at me and I chuckled. Tony was the only one who had set time aside to come see Maya. I was definitely not judging the others, because honestly Peter and I were a mess the first few months of having her and they had their own kids and families to take care of.

An hour later, we were in the middle of a Christmas meal that Bucky had put together. We were all surprised by his mad cooking skills that were hiding under that rough look and the metal arm. I think we all, except for Steve and Nat, feared Bucky a little back when we were a team.

I hate the fact that we used the term 'split' when we all parted ways, because it wasn't a split. It was an agreement, because eventually Natasha got pregnant and suddenly people found wives and husbands. It was best to let the team go and do what we desired.

"So what's new with you guys..? Except for this little blessing of course." Sam asked, holding Maya in his arms for the first time.

Peter was just about to answer when Wanda interrupted. "And the pregnancy." She said it casually while chewing her food, but everyone heard. We were both wearing denying and confused expressions when she looked up at us. "Oh please, your boobs are popping out of that shirt and Peter has been sipping on your wine all night." She was really good I must admit.

Peter glanced at my stomach. "Well we didn't want to make it official until we 100% were sure but..." He couldn't stop smiling and pushed my forehead to his mouth shortly.

"It's true." I chuckled and we got an excited 'oh my god' and 'congratulations' from just about everyone. Peter grazed my pinkie under the table and my hand found it's way into his and my fingers in-between his.

He had cried in happiness when I told him about the second pregnancy and I swear I couldn't be happier with my life. I loved Maya. I loved the upcoming baby... but without Peter, none of it would've been right and he's the greatest thing that ever happened to me. Seeing him as a father and a husband is a dream come true and he's better at it than I ever thought he would be. I couldn't wish for anyone else.
