Dreams pov
Today was the day.
We were going to take everything back.
It had been a while since we blew up everything in the dream smp, and the demons were probably rebuilding right now so we had a few days to strike.
We made our way to the Dream smp. We surrounded the city and we started closing in, killing anyone that got in our way.
I don't even remember what happened.
People became a blur.
Friend or enemy? No one knew.
Innocent or guilty?
Alive or dead...
Civilians, children, demons. They were all cut down. Until all that was left was us...
We had won...
But at what cost? Yes we took back our land but thousands of people were killed. We could deny it, we could lie to ourselves, we could pretend that we were heroes.
But were we?
This whole time...
Were we just the villains?
