At the time of quarantine
Everyone are locked inside their house
That earlier was a home they love
But now just a house they need
I spend my time wondering
What change has quarantine brought to me?
A girl who doesn't go out except for school?
I guess it isn't a new thing for me
Though for me earlier it was house
But now is converted to a lovely home to be
With my family playing carom, ludo and what not
And me besides my 4 month old brother is fun for me
I wondered what all I wanted to do before
And now I am doing
That includes baking cakes on birthday
Playing with my new born sibling
I groan when my brother wakes me up at night
But smile when I see the sun rise
The beautiful sight of birds going home
When it's time for few humans to roam
I found a new responsible and positive side of me
Who takes care of her brother and celebrate his months to be
Quarantine has brought together my family
That earlier seems impossible to me
I get time to write poems
And to wake the imagination inside me
Quarantine has boost me up
Though reduce fun screen time for me
Also Online classes have become
My new stress screen time now
But it's easy to concentrate
When no mates to disturb around
I have waken the soul inside me
That speaks to me all the time
And not only guides but made me a follower
From lazy girl I am reducing
To become a hardworking girl you'll see
This quarantine has become a time to meet myself
That was impossible until my family united
Two for home and two for my brother
While other are subsidiary
The most important question to all
Is to know themselves inside
Has been easy due to quarantine
But there are yet two sides
Just like understanding ourself is hard
Understanding the life is also hard
All we need to know is that
We reside in life and life reside in us
That is the complex theory for most
