Sitting on your couch, you flipped through the channels on the TV. It was still early in the morning with the clock showing only 8 o'clock in red on your phone.

Usually, you would spend your weekend sleeping in and relaxing. But lately, it seemed that for some strange reason you were having some trouble sleeping and would always wake up in the middle of the night. Bags had already developed under your eyes making you look like a panda.

Sighing, you laid back flat on the cushion and thought it would be best to rest your eyes a little bit. Leaving the channel on one of the music shows, you listened to the songs as you tried to relax your mind.

Your thoughts trailed off back to the camping trip and what had happened. Even though it's been a week since, it seemed like a waste ending the things then. But you had no choice in the matter.

(Flashback)

You stirred back and forth on the bed making the person next to you feel a bit uneasy. Slowly opening your eyes, you were met by white ceilings. You pushed yourself off the comfortable bed and leaned back on the headboard.

Needles and all sort of stuff were coming out from your arms making you feel numb all over. Your eyes fluttering back and forth, trying to recognize the surrounding. You calmed down a bit when you saw a familiar figure.

"Nathan..." Your voice cracked.

The latter's head whipped up from his crouching position on the bed and perked up hearing your voice.

"Luna! Hey you ok?!" His voice sounded distressed and uneven. You nodded and let a small smile show.

Nathan sigh and ruffled your hair. "That's good"

For the first time, you notice that he was shaking and his eyes looked blood shot red.

*Did something happened?!* You examined the boy wondering. The both of your eyes connected and he looked away quickly in embarrassment.

With a puzzled mind, you let it go and told yourself that you would ask later. "Where are we?" You looked around, but was still unsure since there wasn't any window around.

"We're in the nurse cabin, just outside of the campsite" Nathan said. "She said you were in a really week and fatigue stage. At some point you weren't even breathing..." The latter stopped talking.

He gripped your hand and you could feel that he was shaking. Your brows furrowed and something ached inside your chest. Seeing him like this, it was unusual.

You always thought of Nathan to be someone whom was strong. Seeing him, your heart couldn't help but sank with sadness. You gave his hand a squeeze telling him it was ok.

"... Did you know how scared i was?! Thinking--" He continued but you quickly interrupted.

"Why would i leave silly" You plucked his head and giggled. Nathan groaned but returned your laugh with a smile. *That's the Nathan i know*

The sound of heels clicking signaled that the nurse was back for another inspection. She smiled with that bright red lipstick on her lips. "I'm here to check on you Luna" She said in her soft, gentle voice.

The lady eyed Nathan and he seemed to had gotten the message. Unconsciously, he walked over and leaned down giving you a lingering kiss on your forehead before walking out with the curtain closed behind him.

Your eyes widen and couldn't even grasp what had happened. Your hand trailed up to the spot where the latter's lips were. It was still warm and you could still feel his lips on your skin. A pink blush was creeping up on your face and you had no way of suppressing it.

*What did you just DO?!* Nathan screamed in his head and wanted to pull all of his hair out from his head.

His chest was beating a bit too loudly that he was afraid you would hear. Even though the two of you were separated only by a curtain, it felt like the room was getting hotter by the seconds.

(End of flashback)

"Luna~..." A familiar voice called out your name. "Luna... Wake up" It was a gentle voice. Something that was soothe you into a deeper sleep but with the constant shaking, you couldn't help but feel a bit irritated.

Mumbling some incoherent words, you finally groaned and opened your eyes. You gasped and jerked back, hitting the arm of the couch hard. You yelped and massaged the bump that was probably already forming.

"You ok?!" The person asked and helped you sit up. You nodded and said a little too loudly, "Why do you always scare me like that?!"

Nathan couldn't hold back his laughter anymore and finally let it out. "Why are you so clumsy?" You pouted cutely and he couldn't resist not pinching your chubby cheeks.

"How did you get in here anyways?" You questioned him suspiciously. The latter fished out a pair of keys that dangles in front of your eyes. "Right... I forgot i gave you a spare set of keys" You rubbed the back of your head.

"Come on sleepy head. We're late!" Nathan warned. You cocked your head to the side of finally remembered. *Oh no! I totally forgot*

He helped pull you up from the couch and you ran around the house trying to fix your sleepy state. You could hearNathan chuckle in the background.

"It's not funny!" You whined like a little kid. That had only made the latter laugh even more. "You look pretty. Now stop and let's go"

Your eyes rounded in surprise and you couldn't help but smile. You obliged and gather your coat and purse. Walking out of the door, Nathan didn't miss your flushed face.
